GREAT selection of used books that other places don't have (including textbooks), and GREAT pricing deals. I visit the physical store, and I always feel well taken care of. The staff go above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction with your purchases.
The physical store, if you go, is very deceiving in appearance and hard to find, though--when you first enter the 225 industrial complex, make an immediate right turn and another right turn into the parking lot--DO NOT go through the commercial truck checkpoint. The building entry is directly across the street from the parking, with the glass doors. Go up the steps to the second floor and all the way to the back of the hall. You'll see two rooms on the right with the Heisenbooks signage.

Read moreHuge selection at a great price. It's a very hidden store. You will see the store listed on the big sign for the area but won't see directions. You are in the right place if there are lots of trucks outside. It's on the 2nd floor of a building that looks like it's almost private in the back of the hallway walking away from the public parking lot on the 2nd floor. If you ask someone you run into, they can point you to where it is.
It's a very cool used bookstore. The majority of the business is online, so it's a mini warehouse. The prices are rock bottom and the quality is outstanding. I was surprised at how many series they have and how most of those series have all the books available. Definitely check it out and if you get lost, just ask someone...
