The Court at Oxford Valley — Local services in Falls Township

I buy a lot of stuff from Home Depot consider myself a good customer. Home Depot has a lot of problems company just is not being run right I'm still a good customer. I have my own home improvement business so I use them quite frequently I know all their issues unfortunately there is quite a few. And a lot of it boils down to people just not caring about what they do that actually work for them. They are extremely unorganized they're aisles are a mess I guess it's because they don't pay their people enough money to really care. I am basically forced to deal with them they are the only game in town other than Lowe's and Lowe's doesn't have the best of stock all the time even though I do give them some business. But Home Depot is another one of those businesses that makes a lot of money for the owners and stockholders but cares little about their customers or the review that I'm going to leave now. Because bad reviews or not they're still going to get their business and make lots of money regardless of what type of review I leave they don't care about the consumer they just care about the bottom line. If they had some real competition and their profit margins start to fall I think there'd be some positive changes it's not going to happen unless they're stock goes down and they start making...

I give this place 3 stars for the food court & laque of Store fronts. Why you may ask! The people are wonderful the place appears to be clean. Sadly we will not be eating here anytime soon. seeing A baby roach walking accross the food serving counter was A big turnoff for my Fiance & I. I understand where theres food there's usually some sort of bug or rodent one must exterminate as A preventive. But when I messaged the Main office I've never received a Curtsey call back. This is not how you run A business of any sort give A call back & let the customer know your on it to prevent this from happening again. The Shopping experience is not on the up & up way to many empty Store fronts Closed. I have the Salution for them to solve this problem all they would need to do is contact me. It was fantastic I even got a gift card for my mother for Christmas. That was a challenge but Don be scared to walk in cause the office is in a weird location. The car wash was affordable $12 and even had laser lights. My kid screaming let's do it again!! Then after a rather lengthy and thorough wash there are bays you can park in and towel off the vehicle. They also provide free indoor vacuuming. It was a great wash, experience and the staff were very helpful. I don't usually get a carwash so I was nervous but the gentleman guided me onto the track and it was simple. They work hard and the towels were refreshed as fast as I threw them in the dirty pile .
