Cooper Electric — Local services in Falls Township

Staff was friendly enough, and that's the only reason they're not getting 1/5 stars. The hours are terrible, they close at 5 and aren't open on weekends which makes it incredibly difficult to visit the store if you work normal hours. I'm not sure about the other products they sell, but the prices for the Milwaukee tools are absolutely absurd. Amazon pricing is cheaper for everything in the store, even if you don't have Prime. Some stuff is even double the price of online sellers. They're an "authorized Milwaukee service center" but they charge over $20 to "service" your tools, and their definition of service consists of them doing nothing other than sending them out for you, with a 2+ week...

Walked in after leaving a competitor down the road. I wasn’t expecting to get the help I did. And all the info I was given (I was set up expecting disappointment from a guy named Denny down the road) Not only did I have the part in my hand in two mins. I felt my $32.00 was appreciated. Which I’m sure if I spent $3200 I would have gotten the same attention and help. If you need walk off the street help this is the only place you should go. So glad...
