What can I say?? The most wonderful A+ experience ever with Sarah. I was introduced to her by visiting the Mashpee Senior Ctr. Incredible presentation, answered "All" questions from the audience. I Immediately set up an appointment w/many others. I was hooked. I was so exhausted working with Xfinity making things so difficult . The wait time for phone service was foreveruseless energy spent many times over 1 hr. Sarah makes you feel empowered when you leave the presentation. You leave saying I am going to make this change for myself. Today's install visit was a amazing. Everything goes pretty smoothly. As a helpful hint, be prepared to have all your information ready for her upon her installation once booked. You' all know what that means. Passwords, User names, etc. You know the drill. Sarah converted my "non-smart tv" beautifully... No wires, no boxes. Everything is just Perfect!!! My system is 100% user friendly * accessible to my needs. It's worth the must have 1st Consultation fee. You you will feel so happy to know you will get a good return on your investment of any of the recommendations offered to you. I cannot wait to see the future savings on the New "Internet" bill. If you are ready to beat paying the crazy $$$'s from Xfinity, just call Sarah you will feel "Empowered" again. SarahStaff will have your back if you do not understand whatever it maybe. Know she cares especially for all Senior Citizensothers to make sure you are no longer getting "ripped off" and you are saving $$'s. I recently hired Ellen Holmes and Gadgets Made EaZy to help us “cut the cord” with Xfinity and couldn’t be more pleased.

I had tried to make sense of the various options … internet, phone, streaming services, etc. and grew increasingly frustrated and confused. Gadgets Made EaZy returned our inquiry phone call quickly and, within a very short period of time, Ellen came to our house to begin walking us through the process. She had all the information on the various options and costs as well as where to purchase the hardware she recommended for the services we chose. She never tried to “sell” us anything … she always focused on the best way for us to get what we desired reliably and at the best price.

She returned a week later, installed the new hardware, and created our accounts for the streaming services. She dealt with Xfinity to change our existing account and even returned their hardware.

We now have virtually everything we ever used and should save over $100/month moving forward.

Coincidentally, shortly after Ellen helped us with Xfinity, my computer crashed. Ellen was able to source me a new hard drive and battery and transfer all the data from my old hard drive to my new one. I should add that, when I tried to use BackBlaze to restore my files, it failed and BackBlaze was no help (yes, I will be reviewing my BackBlaze subscription.) Ellen was able to restore everything perfectly.

In short, I found Ellen and Gadgets Made EaZy exceptionally competent, reliable, and easy to work with. I found their pricing very fair. Again, I couldn’t be more pleased and highly recommend...

I attended Sarah Canning’s “Cut The Cord” seminar and was intrigued with the possibilities that she so clearly outlined. I was very impressed with her subject knowledge and her understandable presentation. My wife and I subsequently met at our home with her colleague, Scott Sheridan, who looked at the specifics of our needs. He too was extraordinarily knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. At the end of our meetings, we felt wholly comfortable in proceeding with Sarah and her Team to restructure our home internet, television, and telephone services. We look forward to working with Gadgets Made EaZy through the successful completion of our Project.

Addendum on 02/22/25:

Our home conversion was completed today by Scott Sheridan. The entire process went very smoothly from start to finish. Scott provided helpful explanations of all features of our new Roku / Hulu system along the way and was very encouraging as we move into the use of our new system.
