Visit 9/5 - this time the bagels were a little better but I can’t believe a bagel with hummus and a few veggie costs $13. It was absolutely terrible and since I took it to-go I didn’t realize it until we got home. I thought maybe a second chance would be good but it wasn’t worth the money sorry. Original visit: A quaint little place in town to get bagels. People are nice but the place looks a little falling apart. Summer teenagers are sweet. Unfortunately these are not great bagels, they’re decent bread in a circle shape but not bagels - but then again it’s hard to get good bagels outside of NYC. Their website was not updated and I went looking for the great flavors I saw on it but was sad when they said they haven’t had those flavors in awhile. All they had was the typical, which was ok and tasty, but terrible texture. No Apple Pay but credit card accepted. Big area inside/outside to sit and lots of coffee flavors.

A local icon! Best bagels in Falmouth hands down! I'm used to NYC bagels and while these are not close, they're the closest version in the area. Tasty and fresh, good variety of flavors and toppings -- especially yummy toasted. Other breakfast items such as egg sandwiches are also on the menu. (Vegan cream cheese would be a dream...) The staff is great, especially the summer help, who get it all done with cheer! More stars for the spacious yet cozy seating, extensive hot coffee bar, local crafts for sale, and public restrooms.

This place is a total gem. The bagels were fresh, perfectly chewy on the inside with that golden crisp on the outside. I had the bacon, egg, and cheese with the jalapeño cheddar bagel and it exceeded my expectations! You can tell they care about quality and make everything with love. They also have great coffee! I love the fact they had a coffee station so you can pick what flavor coffee and creamer you want. Highly recommend if you're a bagel lover—or even if you're not, this place might just convert you.

My friend whom I had visited for the weekend couldn’t recommend this restaurant enough, I was naive enough to trust his referral and even go back the next morning, both times I finished my bagel feeling far more disappointed than satisfied. On my first visit to Cape Cod Bagel, I ordered a sausage egg and cheese with jalapeño cream cheese, I’m aware that’s a strange order. However, upon opening my sandwich, I discovered it was absolutely covered in cream cheese (we found ourselves making jokes such as: “would like some bagel with that cream cheese, etc). Not to mention, it should really be marketed as too much paprika cream cheese instead of jalapeño, as I have never had worse cream cheese in my life. On my second visit to cape cod bagel, my friend went ahead and ordered her strange but usual order, a bagel with ham and cream cheese. I opted for the “fiesta bagel” which i will happily rate a 5/10. I digress, despite my order having far more ingredients, her sandwich costed nearly double. I must also include that someone in my party ordered the jalapeño cream cheese once again. It became a house wide joke how bad the cream cheese was and how much was left on the plate. Both visits, the friendly but disastrously aloof staff, did their best to make our orders timely. Despite my explicit instructions both times I ordered an iced coffee I received it hot or not at all. In conclusion, I could go into meticulous detail on my criticisms with Cape Cod Bagel, but that should really be left to either Robert Irvine or Gordon Ramsey as they’re the only ones who could fix the home of cape cod’s worst...

A local favorite this is a wonderful spot to stop for a quick meal or stay and enjoy the beautiful outdoor dining space. This is a family friendly place so don't be shy about dining in with small children. The menu has offerings for all different tastes. If you don't see what you desire the staff is happy to make it for you. At times the quality control can have some challenges. You can order the same sandwich 10 times and each time get a different version. This can be frustrating leaving the quality of the product put out depending on the person making it. If you order soup early or just before closing it's often not always hot and ready to eat and depending on who is serving you the bowls not always completely full. It's something to keep in mind if getting your order to go. The one thing you can count on when you go is friendly service and fresh bagels everytime.

Update- today I ordered the vegetarian quinoa chili. I got home and It had chucks of ground beef in it. This is completely unacceptable as it is advertised as a vegetarian item. When I called I was told the " weekend people " mixed the beef chili with the sweat potato quinoa chili. Again quality control is a issue. It also make me question how they are handing the food.It has become to frustrating to keep returning in hope of improvement. They did offer a refund and I accepted...

I waited take an hour and 20 minutes for 6 UNTOASTED bagels and never got my order.

I placed an order through their online ordering platform, then headed over there for the correct pickup time. I waited in that place for over 40 minutes after 30 minutes of waiting to come over.

It was impossible to speak with anyone and I watched as they took random order numbers when people would elbow their way up and yell at the staff about their order. Not good behavior by the customers, but they also have a horrible order setup.

There were bags of orders along the wall with no one calling out any of the orders. I watched people order untoasted bagels at the register and get them right away so they could leave. I was order 46 and I heard them call out numbers ranging from 30-60. It made no sense. If you try to talk to the staff they are unable to help you because they’re so overcrowded with customers. It’s not the workers fault - it’s whoever set up the ordering process. I left with no refund, no order, and no way to call them because all you get is an automated response with no way to leave a message or talk to anyone. The food looks awesome, the hassle is...
