Unclaimed Freight Furniture — Local services in Fargo

DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM UNCLAIMED FURNITURE! We bought a sectional little over a year ago. We tried a few times to get help before our "supposedly" warrenty was up.Found out later the warrenty they said we had wasnt what they said. We paid extra for the warrenty and covered nothing! All they said they can do is bill us to fix it or we can purchase a new one( all it seems like to me is they want money dont care if they gotta lie to get it).They are money hungery people. They scam you of money. I did research and found out im not the only one same problem it was nation wide!!!!! Plus i also found out many people never even gotten there furniture and unclaimed furniture wouldnt even refund there money. Many and i mean many stories of how sneaky these people are. So watch out for these people. The seaming is falling apart, the cushions are flat and the wood broke. Im a pretty small person and it couldnt even support my weight! We asked if they could do anything and they said no. We got told when buying it there was a warrent but they lied! When we tried talking to the people they pretty much told us its our problem! Furniture should last more than a year when dishing out like $1000. The wood was maybe a 1/4 an inch thick thats probably pushing it too. My three year old son ,who was sitting on it , started crying , said owie. I looked behind him and there was straples coming out of the leather on it and poking him in the back :(. Im glad my son wasnt squirming around because there was two long staples with a point to them wasnt flat on the ends. I've never seen or own a couch that fell apart so fast and easy ( plus dangerous to my 3 year old). I'm letting people know so it doesnt happen to you too. Worse furniture ive ever bought plus they lie. Im very dissapointed and now have to dish out more money...

Bought a couch from them in 2020. First couch came and within a week we noticed the back bar in the couch was busted and picking through the cushions. We were supposed to receive a second couch. The second couch was also damaged. A lady called me letting me know the replacement couch would be damaged as well. She said "we can leave it with you to use for now and get a new one sent out". I said okay. My lovely husband was the one to receive the second couch and signed the paperwork. I would have noted the damage she mentioned on the paperwork but he just signed that we received it. They never did send another couch. Because it was just the chase she replaced, the chase and rest of the couch do not meet at the same height so laying on the couch is super uncomfortable and you get a bar in your back the whole night. The chase cushion does not reach far enough back because it hits the edge of the chase first, stopping it from going to the back of the couch. This causes the chase cushion to fall off the couch EVERY SINGLE DAY from normal usage. Every single upper/back cushion has sacked to the point of ripping open (this was over a year ago). This was reported to warranty, and they said they will not do anything about it. This couch has been the worse purchase I ever made. Super cheaply made. Very sad because I was so excited about it and I remember my coworkers asking about it a few months after I got it and they were so sad with how bummed I was. One of the pillows also came damaged and they never replaced it. I sewed it back up, but I have very basic skills and it didn't last long. Now with toddlers, they take fluff out of the couch constantly since it's exposed....

My mother needed a lift chair, and we had been calling all over to all the medical supply stores to find one within our price range. We weren't having much luck. Then we called Unclaimed Freight, and spoke with Brad T. and he said they had lift chairs well within the price range we wanted. He was very friendly and went out of his way to help us. He was able to let us go home that very day with the floor model so we wouldn't have to wait an additional 3-5 days for one to be shipped from the warehouse. We were very excited about that as I am from out of town and had really been looking forward to getting her all set up with a wonderful lift chair as soon as possible. Brad met every single one of our needs, he was extremely friendly and we just want to thank him and this store for doing their part on helping me get the absolute perfect lift chair for my mom AND for working it out so that she could go home with the store model that very same day! That saved me additional trips and time! I would highly recommend this store and its employees as being one of the very best places to shop for furniture. You'll find very nice quality furniture here for very reasonable prices. I can't stress enough how happy I am. I give it the highest rating of 5 stars🌟 and if there was an option to do so, I would gladly give 10 stars ✨️...
