We live in Fargo close to this Subway and depending on departure time will get a bite to eat before we leave.
On multiple occasions our orders have been messed up. The last time was the worst through the drive thru.
We ordered two kids meals neither of which had the milk or toy included. We asked that all the sandwiches be toasted but all the sandwiches felt cold.
I manually went in and got the two toys, the two milks, and asked for my sandwiches to be toasted. When the sandwich artist opened them up he replied with,”oh see, these have tin foil on them which means they have been toasted.” That may be the case or standard but wrapping them and roasting them are different. I replied with,”they may be in tinfoil but they are not toasted if you feel them.” I didn’t check them before I left and two of them were not toasted and we had to go back in and get them toasted again.
The only thing this location has going for it is location. I have a 1 Star for location alone. The food was fine but given the experience and expectations built on other subway stores this one failed miserably on our last visit but given that there have been a history of previous mistakes from forgetting items, unprofessional behavior, putting things on that shouldn’t be there, etc this store clearly has a dysfunctional leadership and organization to its service.
I think the only thing that keeps it going is...
Read moreThis would be considered my usual location. They are pretty consistent with their employees. I recognize one of three each visit. Unfortunately, this small group do not possess any type of customer service abilities. Despite never seeing any of them smile, nor even a failed attempt at one, they are quick and efficient.
I have never received an order with any mistakes. However, I have recieved severe alignment issues caused by my tires having been made to jump up a huge curb, drive over a rock decorated partition, and then drop off a large curb that surrounds another busines near this one.
Why? It's in an awkward location and even though it is very noticeable from the street I think many people who spot it see no visible turn into the physical facility. It's much easier to keep going until the next place spotted with no delays by trying to find how other cars made it to the parking lot.
It really is a disastrous and unfortunate maze, so much so that even I still once every so often still get turned around. It's like being lost in a cornfield maze and trying to find the exit in pitch black.
I unfortunately have many instant cravings for a nicely made sandwich when I drive by the place. Despite the gauntlet of potential car damage, I am hostage to my instant gratification...
Read moreI went thru the dri e thru today. And on their new touch screen I ordered 2 footlong deluxe turkey and ham. When I got home I saw that it didn't have the extra meat. I called them and asked how many slices of meat I was suppose to get for a deluxe. The guy took my name and phone number and said I would get 2 free sandwiches next time I came thru. A few minutes later I called him back and said I would come back with the sandwiches and get what I ordered. I got my new sandwiches and showed them the first 2 they made. He said I could keep the 2..so I went home with 4 sandwiches. Then I sit down to eat a sandwich that was a deluxe and then saw that it did not have the mayonnaise...oil and vinegar that I had originally ordered. It was also suppose to have extra tomatoes...hardly any lettuce i thi k it had the cheese. There were no other customers that I could see. I'm done...
