I would be more than happy to change this review if I have it wrong or I get a better answer. The care I received was top notch. Loved my doctor and the process of learning about my sleep apnea. My life is completely different now, all for the better. However, the billing has been an absolute nightmare. I can deal with the nuisances of insurance companies and how complicated that can be, and it was a major pain. Healthcare is complicated and we have all grown accustomed to that, as horrible as that sounds.

However, the final straw came when I went in for a routine visit to update my prescription (which could be a whole rant in its own. Why do I need a prescription for tubing or water dishes?) I was billed twice for that day. I had no tests done just a visit with the doctor about how things were going. The best answer I got is that because they are located in a facility that does testing I am to be billed twice. One for the visit and one for a facility fee. I would never have gone to the appointment being as everything was going great. They could have just renewed my prescription for my CPAP. Instead, I am on the hook for $600 for the visit and another $300 for the parts I got. Walking in that door cost me $900 AFTER INSURANCE. How are you not going to warn someone a simple conversation with minimal, if any, changes is going to cost them $600-$900. This could have been a phone call or My Chart message. Walking in the door is an instant double charge. This is nothing more than a money grab, scam, and breaching on theft. I am not sure what’s stopping people from just ordering these parts online and skipping the prescription process...

I think you should be careful when handling veterans and people that have PTSD. I don’t think you should be blocking doorways and telling them that they can’t leave the office when they are telling you that they need to leave the office. And I have no idea why your team wanted to drill holes in my throat, remove my jaw and open my chest just because I was snoring. I found a system online that just connects to my phone like my diabetes regimen. What kind of Machiavelic system are you running over there? Ok went back for a checkup and to talk with them about my c pap supplier and the price had doubled for a simple office visit . Went from a visit $420 in 2023 to $820 in one year and my insurance had stayed the same so my out of pocket went from $80 too $500. 20 min office visit and it’s $820 .
