After learning how absurdly packed and disorganized the physical store was, I placed an online order for my child's school uniforms. After two weeks had gone by with no change in order status, I contacted the company via email several times. I called as soon as they opened. No one answers the phone. I checked my call log today: I called the store 13 times in one day and not a single call was answered. There is no option to leave a voicemail or otherwise get in touch with anyone.
Checked their website again for a status update on my order, and the website is down. School starts next week and still no uniforms or answers from this store. Terrible service, would never recommend unless you have no other option. Unfortunately, this store has a monopoly on my child's school uniforms so I have no choice but to deal with their terrible customer service (or really, lack of any service whatsoever).

I really hope the school chooses a different uniform provider next year because I’m already dreading going through this again. The staff makes you feel unwelcome in the store and they don’t answer their phones, I’ve probably called at least 50 times and I even had to drive 30 minutes just to get a status update. When I went in the woman at the front was rude and made me wait in the purchasing line for 30 minutes just to ask if my already paid for order was available, which it wasn’t and it should have been.
They are not accommodating at all, yet we’re expected to adjust around their delays. I was told my uniforms would be guaranteed before Labor Day, but they were still weeks late and they ignored my calls and email when I tried to follow up.

Both May and Barb are very customer-focused and have gone above and beyond in getting the merchandise to us before the Christmas holiday, even when our orders have been submitted later than the agreed upon time frame. The first year we ordered through a different company and the ordering process was a nightmare, the orders came in after the promised date, and they wouldn't accept returns on items, even when it was only due to a sizing issue.
