We Buy It & Sell It All — Local services in Farmington

I have been to this retail shop a few times, both ladies working were very nice. Friendly conversation so I assumed they owned the place. I was able to browse threw things without being harassed or pressured to buy anything. I bought a few random tools that you can't find anymore so I was impressed with the selection. Prices were negotiable, so far I haven't left un-satisfied. I have been to many pawn shops and retail shops in my life And some are "Shady" praying on the misfortunes of people down on thier luck. This place was not Shady at all. It is a business with bills I'm sure they pay rent, utilities, taxes ect... So if your looking to get something for nothing than its not suprizing you leave unhappy, how much is an A/C power cord at target $19.99? So if a place doesn't want to buy your VCR automatically they get a bad review??? Its a resale shop not a garage sale if they cant resell it than why would they buy it??? People are quick to give an opinion when it's bad. So here's a good one. Try selling a gold chain I bet...

Customer service rude. Very dismissive and didn’t have time for my questions. Aside from that, and lack of knowledge of the product I was selling, I can say my other reviews aren’t great either. Lots of these places around and no one expects them to know everything or buy everything, but the customer service is evident in the response. I’m fortunate enough my opinion makes an impact and if you look this is the only, and lowest, score I’ve ever given a business. I. E. I’m not the person she’s speaking about below. First-time shopper with We Buy It & Sell It All. I normally pass the store daily and wonder what lies within. This Friday, I decided to stop and satisfy my curiosity. What a pleasant experience! Such a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. An abundance of items to choose from. Owners, a lovely pair of sisters, that extend customer service over and beyond - making sure you are satisfied and helping to locate items of your heart's desire. I found two items - a 32 inch flat-screen- in p-e-r-f-e-c-t! condition and a 3 piece Sterling Silver and Black Onyx earrings and pendant -p-e-r-f-e-c-t! I almost cried because they were so generous with the cost of both items. You gotta go!!! Visit the store. You will not be disappointed....
