I wish that I read the reviews before I stopped into this store, I could of saved myself some time and headache. This store has Horrible Customer Service and are Price Gauging on their products.
I stopped in for a Christmas gift and asked for a bottle of Bourbon. The bottle didn’t have a price on it and I was told that it was “expensive”. When I asked the exact price was quoted 3x the standard price for a bottle of this special bourbon (I should of known that the person helping me was shady after he showed me the bottle I asked for and had to wipe a thick layer of dust off). However they charge $9.53. when I showed my credit card, the merchant said he would round up to $10 to cover the cost of credit card fees. I thought that was illegal?
It just kind of rubs me the wrong way for indiscriminate charges of items. I am confident that if there were an audit of their books, it would reveal many inappropriate situations.
I so loved this place when Sam owned it years ago. This now makes me sad. I...
