Big Lots — Local services in Fayette Township

Store is so packed that is almost impossible to walk in, and for the grace of a business,'please eliminate that Rags full of clearance you have outside, is a mess everytime we walk in there. And who decided to move things around (why?). Now for a single vitamin you have to look in 3!different location within the store, again, too much stuff packed all together, and customer service need imporovent, hope is better next time. Another thing is prices going up and up. If you keep this practice only you will run customers away to either Walmart or dollar stores...

This is the gucci of Big Lots stores, its a brand new renovation probably 1or2 years old. It was in Huntingtons west end but moved. You can find anything here from food, drinks, pet merch to suitcases or furniture. The employees are the best. This one employee named Richard helped me find everything I needed and was very friendly. The cashiers were fast, I was in line maybe 5minutes with 2full cart customers in front of me. One of the cleaner and well stocked store. Floor crew was very polite however the woman behind the register is always cold and rude and never has a name tag. She has blondish hair. My last visit she was so busy talking to the girl who just got of work. I went to ask a questuons and got that look of how dare you interrupt me. She has never thanked me.
