I'm sorry, I just wont be back to this branch. It's getting dirtier and dirtier, it's clearly un kept and mismanaged to the point of a health hazard and non enjoyment experience. The bathroom is never clean, rarely is their paper towels. They would rather have you wait to be seated then seat you in open tables because they say they have to let the cooks or waitresses catch up. The tables are slow to be cleaned off, half the time their is either no available dinner rolls or no salad or both. Their is built up crud on the side wall of the register from dirty hands, the shelf filled with impulse buy candies never gets cleaned , it continues to fill up with dirt and looks nasty. If they can't keep these areas clean or ever clean them then what kind of clean condition is the kitchen area my food is being prepared in ? I can't eat in this filth, I use to stop in once a week after a job, but I will no longer do this, its gross and its hard to eat things in a dirty environment. CLEAN this restaurant, it NEEDS A HEALTH INSPECTION and it obviously needs better management. We are not animals, we are costumers paying your premium price to set in filth, no thank you. p.s. this branch sells gummys on a long stick that is very appealing to kids, BEWARE- these are extremely dangerous- I bought one for my grandson and when he pulled the first gummy off this stick is needle point sharp on the end, it could easily pope an eye out or be jabbed up the roof of the mouth into the brain. I kept the stick for proof- I told the management, she simply said, we sell a lot of them and have had no one complain and brushed my concern off like it was nothing. These sticks are very long and very very...
Read moreTitle: Disappointing Portion Sizes Despite Great Service
I recently visited Bob Evans for breakfast and while I was impressed by the friendly staff, I couldn't overlook the shrinking portion sizes compared to the prices being charged.
The service at Bob Evans was excellent - the staff were welcoming and attentive throughout our meal, creating a pleasant dining atmosphere. However, I was disappointed by the decreasing portion sizes of the food, which seemed inadequate given the prices on the menu.
While the quality of the food was decent, the value for money just didn't seem to align with the portion sizes provided. It's unfortunate to see this decline in portion sizes, as it impacts the overall dining experience negatively.
I hope that Bob Evans takes this feedback into consideration and works on improving the portion sizes to better match the prices being charged. With a few adjustments, Bob Evans could once again become a top choice for a satisfying breakfast experience.
Overall, my visit to Bob Evans was a mixed experience - great service, but let down by disappointing...
Read moreMy husband and I stopped for breakfast as we traveled through South Point. We waited 40 minutes for our breakfast which consisted of pancakes that were large, but uncooked in the center, sausage links that were burnt, hash browns that were seared on the outside and only slightly warm on the inside, and over cooked home fries. The eggs were cooked perfectly. The waitress was friendly, but inattentive. We ate what we could and I let the cashier know that the quality of the food was unacceptable. She did ask if I wanted to speak with the manager to which I declined. I feel that the manager should be doing some quality control, and why aren’t the servers questioning the cooks about quality? Someone should be saying, “don’t serve that garbage.” If we had ordered one dollar biscuits and the were of poor quality, I would say, “you get what you pay for,” and that’s what I expect....to get what I pay for. $26.00 dollars for breakfast for 2 isn’t a cheap breakfast. I chucked this one up to “ Never Again!!” And, not just South Point, but all Bob Evans...
