Taco Bell — Restaurant in Fayette Township

4/21/22 Ordered my favorite Cravings Box and thought I would try the new White Hot Steak Fries. Well customers the South Point, OH Taco Bell doesn't live up to the Taco Bell standards, especially with the White Hot Steak Fries. I took the steak fries back to check and make sure if this was the correct amount of steak fries. The third worker finally told me yes and that was normal. I got no offer for them to be remade or a refund when I stated my unpleasure with the product. After going to the dining room to eat a new employee that was on their second day come out to me and apologized for the other works actions and told me that they should have at least remade it for me. So everyone please choose wisely the Taco Bell you go to and if you are getting the NEW White Hot Steak Fries look at the picture and decide for yourself if that is the quality u want to pay for. The good was great as always. They're open much later than most of the other Taco Bell's in our area. My only complaint was how long we had to sit in the drive thru because of the facr that the dining room was closed, due to the time of night (which I fully get) but at the same time, you beed more than 2 or 3 employees per shift at a Taco Bell that is ALWAYS busy because of what i mentioned before, they're open longer than most other Taco Bell's in our area......step it up Taco Bell....quit trying to save on labor costs when you know how busy you are and what nights you're the busiest, plan and schedule accordingly....that's just poor management skills in my opinion....again, speaking as a retail associate manager myself....but hey, if you want ppl to stop coming because they don't wanna wait in the drive thru for 15-20 min like i did, hey, that's your business,...

I’m from Pike County Ohio I came to Huntington to play Bingo I stopped at this Taco Bell on my way I went through the drive-thru and got a beefy nacho with no red sauce and a few extra items. I took my food to the bingo hall to eat while I played. The order was WRONG it had red sauce all in it so no way could I eat it anyway after 3 hours bingo was over I drove back to the Taco Bell with my receipt and explained to the manager the situation. He was rude AF and would not fix there mistake he tells me I have to go get the food”the messed up naco” and bring it back to him and even though I had my receipt. I never thought to save the food three hours and bring it back ??? I just can’t believe how I was treated I had my receipt and tried talking to him but he could have cared less.
