This is an edited review to replace the 5 stars I had before. So, the first time I went I wasn't to familiar with what great nail experience was. I had never gotten my nails done before, I also for most of my life I had a bad nail biting problem so I didnt see the point in making them pretty, but I quit chewing them about 2 years ago and decided a few months ago to go get them done.

I told the tech that I wanted to grow my nails out and I'd heard doing dip powder would help them grow and stay strong. She recommended doing Hybrid Gel instead. Little did I know that it was going to do the opposite of what I wanted.

So I left a great review the first time. I went in again, after they grew out. It was crazy awkward because they said I didn't make an appointment with the same person as the first time when I had a text thread of evidence that said otherwise. So I got someone different and he honestly did a great job but I have anxiety and being brushed off by the girl I made the appointment with kinda rubbed me wrong. I asked him to make them a bit thinner because the previous tech made them a little too thick and kind of uneven, (Granted I didn't really notice this until a girl I work with who gets her nails done a lot pointed it out)

So the second guy does make them thinner and I honestly really liked them.

Now to the third visit that is changing my review, I got the same guy. This time he did an awful... they were thick, and when I asked to make them thinner he started sanding UNDER the tip, taking away my nail that I have been growing out. They didn't even curve right. To thick and now kind of odd looking.

Well I got frustrated with how they looked and decided to soak them off. I know I did it right, I didn't force them I just soaked and rubbed, soaked and rubbed. The Hybrid gel for the most part came off really easy I did have to lightly sand the top off but I didnt even go close to the nail plate.

After I got them off I noticed how awful my nails looked I had huge gouges on the nail plates and several dips and marks from what looked like the aftermath of where they used the hand tools. My nail plates were not good and the tips that I had grown out so long just broke away like nothing. Now granted I had thin nails before but not that thin.

So now I have to wait for them to grow out again and get healthy before I can do anything again. I will be getting my own Dip powder kit and try to do what I originally wanted in...

This would’ve been my second time coming here I had an appointment set for 10am I get there on time and they tell me they over booked themselves on the website told me it would’ve been about a 15 min wait no big deal I end up waiting sitting there waiting for an hour when it was my turn to go get my nails done they kept moving me to different spot till they finally put me with this one lady she seemed very nice till she messed up on my one nails and when I said something nicely she seemed to get very annoyed with me then she cut me four times with the drill which that was also not a big deal i understand it happens but my nails was very much rushed and didn’t turn out good they now have this weird black stuff on them plus my pinky nail was crooked and they wasn’t cut the same length either and for the one design, if she could not have done it, she could’ve just told me and I would’ve happily picked a different design i’m just very disappointed with my nails and I feel like I paid too much money for them to look like that plus tipped $10 overall, everyone is really nice in there. I scheduled an appointment for my daughter several weeks ago. I contacted them via Messenger. They were quick to respond. I loved I could schedule an online appointment. I thought a scheduled appointment would help save time. I received a text message the night before the appointment to confirm the appointment. I appreciated the contact. We got to the appointment ten minutes early to make sure we honored our scheduled time. I understand sometimes there are delays, however, they did not take my daughter to start working on her nails on time. They were almost an hour behind. No apologies, only one comment saying not much longer and that was at 35 minutes late. Her appointment was at 5 pm. We did not leave the salon until 7:56 pm. The nails turned out beautiful but I was really disappointed on the customer service. No apologies were given.
