wouldn't even give one star if I didn't have to! If you're gonna have them deliver STAY ON GUARD! We bought a dryer from them after our dryer broke down just three weeks after having them service it. We were promised 9am delivery and didn't receive the dryer until after 12noon. In addition, they quietly slipped into my garage and not only installed the dryer, but also took my old dryer WITHOUT PERMISSION. All of this without once knocking on the door to alert me that they arrived or left my property. I went to the store and demanded my dryer be returned as I had already lined up a buyer. The guy(CJ) kept trying to get me to put the dryer in my vehicle but I insisted that it be returned the same way it left. This was at 12:30pm...they did not return my dryer until 2:30pm BUT HERE'S THE KICKER....when they returned the dryer, not only had it been obviously disassembled (I suspect to remove the brand new heating element we paid for 3wks earlier), but it was also filled with our dirty clothes which had obviously been taken out of our washer, which is where they originally were. That means not only did they go through and STEAL our dirty funky clothes, I would never had known if I hadn't demanded my dryer back. In addition, they originally told us our old dryer was beyond repair but when I went back for it all of a sudden it was "fixable" AFTER they made a dryer sale off of us. Also they told us they sell washer/dryer sets for $300 and to break the set it is $175 a piece but they would "cut us a deal" and sold us the dryer for $150. After the sale I see on their site that they actually sell sets for $250 so they stole from us 3x over. They lied about my original dryer, they lied about the deal, they stealthily came onto my property and stole my old dryer and my family's dirty clothes, and they brought my property back disassembled and destroyed as if to sabotage my sale of it since I wouldn't GIVE it to them for free. Who goes through people's dirty clothes AND TAKES THEM!? And who comes to your house for delivery and installation without a knock on the door? (In fairness, I should mention that my garage was left open for this delivery, but they still should've announced themselves)And I would also like to point out that they were so quiet my dog didn't even hear them. Real professionals...but not the good kind if you know what I mean. If you still choose to buy from here, GUARD YOUR PROPERTY because they will take it! Better yet, do yourself a favor and STEER CLEAR OF THESE CLASSLESS CROOKS!!!

They said they're loading up right now so they should be in route by 11:00. And that they were gonna call when they are in their way. Thank you Ms. Mary. (LANDLORD) Great! (ME NEXT DAY) Good morning Mrs. Mary. Chubbs didn't show up yesterday. I called them before they closed, they confirmed your sons name and said that they had a busy day and they will deliver today. So I called this morning to confirm delivery for today, and they said "We deliver anytime from 10-5 alright?" The person was rude and the answer wasn't promising. I only wanted to know if my mom's address was on their list of deliveries for today to ensure the same thing wouldn't happen again. Can you ask Sean to call and confirm it will actually be delivered today? (Me) Mrs. Mary I have an update for you. Chubbs called me back and told me he was moving my momma to the back of the list for her fridge to be delivered tomorrow night instead of today because he said I was talking to one of his workers and kind of way. That was very ungodly and not true. The man I was on the phone with was rude to me. Not the other way around. I told chubbs that it was rude and unprofessional threatening to delay my mom's delivery. And he said that he was gonna send your money back because he didn't want to deal with me. I hate that this happened with their unnecessary behavior. And I apologize for the inconvenience. If you'd like I'll look at one from the restore warehouse for you. They have very decent refrigerators at a very low price. That's where we got the first one when Mom first moved in. It was shorted out during an electrical surge during a storm. So we got chubbs to replace it with the one that we are having to replace now. And this one didn't last a year.

I can absolutely see why this business has such awful reviews.... I only selected a 1 Star because it was the lowest I could possibly choose.... I was referred by an associate, and told some incorrect information (his fault not the company’s). But when being told about the miscommunication, it was like pulling teeth to get a straight answer that was clear and heaven forbid polite.. I spoke to a gentleman who I’m assuming is the head of this business since it’s the number associated with the google page, and he redirected me to their main office. Then I spoke to a young lady who was nothing short of nasty and disrespectful. She received my address and number and let me know I would be called when they were on the way to pick up my used appliance, and when I asked about payment(again, miscommunication they don’t pay for appliances apparently) i was told “we don’t pay you for anything you called us!” In a rude way. So I explained I’m not familiar with the process and if she could better explain to me. And In a nut shell I got told “we good, you good we don’t want it...click” hangs up on me. I proceed to TXT the head of the business (assuming) and was told that the secretary is very busy and I was probably taking up too much of her time. (INSANE). So when I said I’m not looking for money I just need someone to get my washer, he says we don’t do that.! WHY DID SHE TAKE MY ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER THEN!? WHY DID SHE SAY THEYLL CALL ME WHEN THEYRE ON THE WAY TO PICK UP! At this point I’m so confused. When I ask again for clarification and explain the two different stories I’ve now been given I hear “I can see why she was acting like that with you, idk what to tell you ma’am we don’t want it. We don’t do that!” UMMM okay. This is insane. I would never recommend even calling these people let alone utilizing them for ANY of their listed services.
