Terrible experience!!! It's been a couple months since I've stopped going to this location. The management here has a SERIOUS problem! Here's what happened.. I was shopping here as I usually did one day when an obviously disgruntled employee comes storming into the store with what I can only assume was his girlfriend. Needless to say they launched into a verbal tirade which was so vulgar & intense that everyone expected it to become physical. Honestly me & a couple other customers thought one or both of them could pull a gun & start shooting at any time. They seemed especially violent toward some of the female employees. Long story short they eventually left & I was more than sure that the violent employee would be fired & I could continue shopping safely at what WAS my favorite store. WRONG!!! Believe it or not that lunatic is still working there!!! I couldn't believe it. & Even worse some of the female employees have quit because they were concerned for their safety, I don't blame them. This is a gross mismanagement of authority on the part of the management, it is their responsibility to keep their employees safe, not to mention their customers. So since they chose to keep someone who struck fear into so many people, & caused the company to lose good customers as well as good employees, I will NEVER EVER step foot in this food lion again, & I'm not...

So if your on a budget you need to watch the sales. They have a lot of BOGO SALES as well as that yellow sticker(mark downs/clearance) these prices tend to be very competitive. Sometimes the cust service leaves something to be desired. ALOT of times they are supposed to be open in the deli or money order/cust service desk and they are not. There also have been more times than I can count that the cashiers donāt say āHey, how you doin?ā āHave a good oneā or even āthanks.ā Sometimes they donāt even respond when I say hello howās it goin? Or āthanks have a good one!ā Which is the most upsetting. When being ignored and not even acknowledged that Iām standing there or have said something to them. However with that said, they do have a few that are All Stars and acknowledge in a friendly manner and also have a small talk convo with you at check out. Female answered the phone and immediately said they didn't have any. I asked her how she knew automatically that they didn't have any. She said someone else had just called about them too. It is such a random item, I doubted her truthfulness. I drove to the store and sure enough, she had lied. I spoke to Justin, on duty Mgr. He said he would speak to the clerk when things slowed down. I detest liars. Not certain if anything was said to her. Mgr should've given me the bag of crackers on the house for exposing the lying staff member.
