I did a video review on this place while eating this food haven’t uploaded it yet but I have to say I almost choked on some plastic that was in the sandwich when I realized I couldn’t swallow. I was upset for sure and was very disappointed with the lack of awareness by who ever made my food.but I didn’t get angry even though I was tempted but I luckily ate my food right outside in my car to do the review and I went back in and I almost asked for a refund on everything because of it but as where talking to resolve the issue I realize I didn’t get my passion fruit drink I ordered also and he offered to remake the sandwich and was sorry about not getting the drink he was a nice guy maybe the owner I’m not sure but he did bring my food to my car both time . This could have been a reasonable review but to many mistakes where made with my order and I was the only customer there at the time so this should’ve not happened under any circumstances mainly because they have 5star review I expected high quality service and that I didn’t get regardless of fixing my order and giving me my drink after the fact of me coming back in to complain about plastic in my sandwich. As for as the food I got! Well the cornbread dough they use is to heavy and not for my liking so I ate just the inside of the sandwich and trashed the rest so that was a waste of money for me on both sandwiches i got . One was a veggie only with black beans and the orca fries I think thats what there called they were ok , but the beef that was on the other sandwich very chew for my partner to eat I ended up taking it out of the cornbread like dough it was in and putting in on my on bread at home and griddled it making another sandwich for her to eat and oh yeah the cheese that she said was supposed to be a melting cheese from what the cashier explained but that not a cheese I’m familiar with that why she didn’t eat it . So that was a waste of time and money I hate to say . The green sauce was the highlight of everything that was great oh yea the plantain in the sandwich was good also. Not all bad but definitely some mistakes where made and I should’ve asked for a full refund when my heart prompt me to after I realized I didn’t get my drink either . but I’m a nice reviewer and I like to give people a chance but yea I probably could’ve saved 30 dollars and they still would have 5stars. If offered a full refund I will not post my video of me almost choking and eating plastic and I’ll delete this review so it doesn’t effect your business. I only came to review because of your rating score being 5stars and I like to give business a chance to keep a positive rating . My YouTube account will not be linked to this review until I post the video .this was a overall...
Read moreLove, love, love!! My second time eating here was tonight. The first time, I ordered lunch via Grubhub. Everyone was talking about how good it smelled and asking where it was from. Both times I got the BYO arepa meal. For my first arepa, I had it fried, with shredded beef, and fresco cheese, with a side of tostones and cilantro sauce. Tonight, I had it fried, with shredded chicken, tomatoes, avocado slices, and mozarella cheese, with a side of tostones and cilantro sauce. Both of them were delicious! Out of both of them, I think the chicken one will be my go-to (because I definitely will be back). Everything was fresh, seasoned, and they give you plenty of food for your money. The chicken reminded me of chicken tinga - which is yummy.
I ordered when I got there, sat there for maybe 10 minutes (if that) and then my food was done. The staff was super nice and friendly. I was immediately greeted when I walked in and the lady at the counter (I didn't get her name) even remembered my name from my Grubhub order!
The restaurant itself is super clean and and cute inside. I took mine to go but I did see that they have free coffee refills for those that sit inside and eat.
Definitely stop by and try their arepas - even if you've never had one before. You won't be...
Read moreStaff was nice, food was amazing.
My husband ordered the bandeja paisa which was very flavorful. They forgot the sweet plantains on our plater but to be fair we did go 50 mins prior to closing so they probably forgot to add it or didn’t have any. However, that did not changed how delicious this plate was.
We also got a beef and cheese arepa and it was very tasteful and fulfilling. Their cilantro sauce was phenomenal.
We will definitely come back.
Edit: We went back today and ordered chicken empanadas and also beef empanadas, both were amazingly good. Their kids meal are crispy and fresh. Their passion fruit juice is so refreshing and tasteful. We all ordered bandeja paisa and they gave me extra sweet plantains because they forgot to add them the first time we went. Our sever was very polite and attentive. They also have a little girl helping out around the store, she’s so educated and nice. If I could recommend one place to visit in Fayetteville this definitely is the place to go. From amazingly good food to even...
