Vietnamese Restaurant — Restaurant in Fayetteville

-Broth lacks flavor and tastes like water -Rude staff who can't understand the order by name -poor representation of traditional Vietnamese cuisine -wait staff love to gossip amongst eachother about the customers

I've eaten here many times hoping that their pho didn't always taste so bad, however I've been dissapointed every time. It always comes out tasting extremely watered down, not abundant with flavour like you would find at a traditional Vietnamese restaurant. For a place to be called Vietnamese restaurant and to have such awful pho, its extremely disappointing for people to be introduced to vietnamese cuisine by this restaurant. As others have said, the owners and staff are not Vietnamese, and they have no idea what you're saying when you order the food by their traditional name (i.e. pho dac biet, bun thit nuong, ect). Ive also had times when the wait staff would talk amongst each other and rudely stare which made my girlfriend extremely uncomfortable. I won't be...

I veered off from my ususal menu choice of Pho and spring roll and decided to try Pad Thai. I was told it comes with beef but I wanted chicken. When I got home and opened the box the food was unrecognizable. It also had unrecognizable flavor. The noodles were super thick like lasagna, with a dark brown tasteless sauce. I called the restraunt thinking maybe they gave me the wrong order. They said no that's the way they make it, everbody makes Pad Thai different..... This was more than different this is not Pad Thai. Anywho I will not be returning though the staff has always been friendly the food was disrespectful today! Even the spring rolls tasted old....I had to throw it out. In the mood for PHO. Started off with the Spring Rolls. Not use to Pork inside of them but pork was dry with no flavor at all. Peanut sauce was darker than im use to as well but was very fast coming out. Ordered Pho with extra Meatballs. The spice tray im use to using was not out on my table and only got my water when I ordered but other tables got them as soon as they sat down. Pho was not bad at all. Broth had an after taste I didn't enjoy but the server was very patient with me even though I know what I wanted to order before coming.
