Graphics Factory — Local services in Fenton

Awful. I had a vehicle wrapped there. They could not match color to the correct Pantone needed. They did "color tests" for about 2 weeks and they still ended up with the wrong color. The design was clearly rushed even though I was billed for almost 15 hours of design time. When I expressed the issues I had with them, I was blown off, being assured they would address it in the future. On top of everything, the install was sloppy at best. They cut through the vinyl into the paint of the vehicle, and the whole thing was not level. For the amount I was charged for install time I expected something MUCH better. When I spoke with the owner, she seemed to have no concept of how the company runs and then flipped a switch and began accusing me of wrong doing on my part. I do not understand how they are still in business doing things the way they are. Even 1 star is generous for the experience I had. I suggest going to one of their competitors around the corner from them. I wouldn't let them touch anything else I own....
