ProSource of Fenton — Local services in Fenton

The ProSource designer did a fantastic job on the design of my kitchen. But I was not happy that they over sold me floor tile & backsplash & charged me a 20% restocking fee to take it back. I was told that the flooring was a special order & was non-refundable although I was not told this at the time of purchase. In addition, I also requested proof & was not given any. But the fact still remains that I was sold to much material. Now the backsplash they refused to refund at all but not because it was a special order this time but because the box was opened. They sold me 2 boxes with 84 pieces in each box & the contractor only used 25 out of the second box, so I was stuck with 59 tiles. But they did refund me for 8 bullnose tiles that were not in a box, I received them from ProSource wrapped in Saran Wrap. I have purchased flooring at The Tile Shop, Floor & Decor, Home Depot, Lowe’s & etc. & was never not allowed to return excess materials & have never been charged a 20% restocking fee. I will not do business with this...

We were doing a "gut rehab" on one of our bathrooms and one of our contractors referred us to Pro Source. What a great experience! From the moment we walked in the door, we were treated like valued customers. The array of standard and custom options for every element of our design was amazing. We had the good fortune to work with Heidi and Debbie. They worked as a team to turn our ideas into reality. Debbie had great feedback and guidance about the vanity, top, and shower door and fixtures. Heidi was a master at bringing all of the tile choices together and checked and rechecked various patterns and designs as we went back and forth about what the "ultimate" package would look like. Both are experienced pros and provided guidance and support, always in good humor and always making sure we were satisfied. They communicated multiple times with our contractor to make sure all of the puzzle pieces would work perfectly. We've done several rehabs and only wish we'd found Pro Source...

We went to Prosource for the 1st time today & was practically denied service from the moment we walked in the door. We said we were hoping to get tile today to take home & was told we should leave & go to Floor & Decor. However, he said he should be able to order something & have it within a week. So we decided to stay & look around since we had already been to Floor & Decor. We were passed off to a different sales person who seemed very disinterested in helping us. The other customers had someone with them helping them the whole time while she continued to walkway & go back to her desk & repeatedly said she didn’t think we would find what we were looking for. We finally found a tile we liked but it ended up being out of stock & instead of trying to get our business we were told we’d have to wait to long & should probably look elsewhere. Needless to say we won't be back nor will we recommend anyone else...
