Needed to place an order for Next Day Air on Friday, 11/3 before noon. Called to confirm stock and tried to place the order over the phone, but the employee (Mike) insisted I place the order online. I said OK and told him I would do so immediately. The next day the order never arrived and Butler Supply was closed so I couldn't get any answers. This caused a major hold up with our job. Today, Monday 11/6 I had to call 3 times before someone finally found out the order was never processed. No apology. No refund of any type offered. I basically had to do their job for them.
