Ooops, they did it again! It was time to update our primary/master bathroom that was over 30 years old. Premium KB had previously update our kitchen and did a fantastic job, but I always like to bid out large projects.

After getting 3 bids, we decided to stay with Premium since their bid was competitive and we knew their work.

Blair helped with out design, made suggestions, and gave us a 3D rendering of our desired updates in less than 2 hours and worked through all the little changes before we finalized everything. She also helped when we were notified by our countertop fabricator that the remnant we had selected cracked in half the day before it was supposed to be delivered. Ouch! She was on the phone and found a wholesaler that we were able to get to that day and get the slab/design we wanted! Thank you Blair!

We were fortunate to have the same lead we had for our kitchen - Patrick. He was great with keeping us informed of any updates, what time he or his crew would show up, and offering a "fix" for a "slight" problem we had. The problem was the integrated LCD medicine cabinets we had ordered online; they were deeper than the depth of our 2x4 walls and would not sit flush with the wall. We really didn't want to hang them, but there didn't seem to be another option as the other side of the wall was our walk-in closet. Patrick suggested just adding another layer of 1/2" drywall to the wall to provide the proper depth. Cost was minimal and worked out great!

I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the other Premium KB personnel and suppliers who made our dream project come true: Lucky (2nd time around with him), Jason (plumbing), Marcus and Brandon, along with Nathan from Alliance who handled our barn door glass shower enclosure, and our tile guys (Bob or Bill and Dylan - may have their names wrong here.

As before, the entire team treated our home as if it were their home, using floor protection from the point of entry and throughout the house as they were coming and going, cleaning up everything at the end of the day. Even though there were times we told them there was no need to do that, Patrick insisted.

Candice and John have some quality people working for them and it's nice to see familiar faces 18 months later after their first project at our home. Special shoutout to Jeff for quickly helping squeezing in an unexpected water-damaged subfloor issue in our hall bath that popped up during this remodel.

We couldn't be more pleased with their work and how things turned out and, who knows, they may be back a 3rd time! There is still one more bathroom that needs...

Candice, Dave, Zach, Jeff, Jenn and the entire Premium Kitchen & Bath team was awesome throughout the entire process. I got estimate from two other local companies as well as Home Deport and Lowes (Menards and IKEA didn't have what we were looking for). Premium K&B beat them all on price, quality and customer service.

Design phase was great - working with Candice was wonderful as she's very patient and knowledgeable of what will work well in your space. Quality wood cabinets and great trim options sold me.

The onsite guys did a great job on the demo part. Waiting for the cabinets to all come in can be frustrating - so just hang in there. We were also getting our floors done (shout out to Reinhold Flooring!), so it added an extra level of complexity and scheduling.

Install was start and stop for parts, as some electrical work needed to get done, and of course there's a bit of wait for countertop measurements. As long as you're prepared for these, it's not too bad.

I wasn't 100% happy with the seam work on the L part of the countertop, and Candice raised the alert and got the vendor to come right out and fix it. (The team that came out to fix it was wonderful and did a great job.)

Premium Kitchen & Bath's team did a brilliant job on the install and craftmanship to get all the nuanced part of my kitchen to work. Handles/pulls were installed flawlessly and all the doors and drawers are high quality soft close. Extra touches like under the cabinet lighting were added at a reasonable price. (Note: I did my own backsplash / tile work.)

After the project was complete, Jenn called to make sure everything was still going well and to see how they can continually improve. It was so great to hear from them and share my thoughts / experience.

This is a 5-star company through and through. You can shop around like I did, but put a visit to Premium Kitchen & Bath at the top of your list. I'm sure you'll be amazed from your first introduction. Can't say enough good things about them. Will everything go perfect? No, and don't have that delusion going into a major project like this. But with them you'll have a team there who's looking out for your best interests and will make it right.

Summer 2025 Update -- I sent Jenn an email about a switch that went bad (for my under-the-cabinet lightning) and she responded same day, looped in the construction manager (Dave, who is awesome), he gave me a call and assigned Patrick to come out early next week before he started his day. Patrick fixed me right up - very prompt and professional. Exceptional...

We're thrilled with how our kitchen turned out! I started working with Alec in early December of 2023. We ordered cabinets in April, and our project finally wrapped up at the end of August 2024.

We worked with our own contractor, and while this review is not about them, we feel like they were the biggest reason things turned out so well and went as smoothly as they did. This was a BIG project; we knocked down walls and changed windows and doors and needed exterior work done as well. Every appliance moved to a new location so we required just about every kind of contract specialist you can imagine! We initially priced out working with Premium's contractors and weren't thrilled with the price or the lack of itemization on the various parts of the project.

What I really appreciate about Premium is the transparency they do offer. In my first meeting with Alec he sat down and listened to my ideas, took the measurements I brought, and put together a cabinet design right on the spot. I had gone through several other companies prior to meeting with Premium and this was not typical practice; I waited weeks for designs from other companies only to find they couldn't work within my budget or design preferences. We love the quality of our cabinets.

Communication over the months was probably the only hard part when it came to working with Premium; there were a few instances where I didn't think things should have taken as long as they did to get back to me, and a few miscommunications that led to us needing to order additional parts.

We purchased our countertops via Premium as well and while we love what we ended up with, their partnering with Hallmark Stone was difficult for us to navigate. We had several issues with Hallmark from communication, to backordered product, to improper cuts that required additional work after install, but Premium did stand up for us as their customer as we worked out the issues and it was great to have their support to figure it all out.

All in all we're quite satisfied with how everything turned out and really love our new kitchen! Looking forward to making a few new furniture purchases to finish...
