I made a appointment weeks in advance for my friend who was getting married and the bridesmaids. I explained what everyone wanted and even showed the lady pictures to make sure they knew and was gonna be prepared. We ended up waiting an hour while they took walk ins! The bride and I wanted acrylics. Bride wanted french tips with a design and also her toes done. I wanted stilettos with a black ombre tip. Messed up mine. Almond shape. Right hand has longer nails than the left so not the right length. Bridesmaids just wanted gel and came out chipped and they told them not to clip their nails but didn't listen. Cut all of it off. When the lady finished my nails she complained saying it was my fault we waited so long for the appointment! No! I told her I even showed the lady pictures of what we wanted and because they didn't get to us the bride said forget her toes. Then she blamed her employee saying she was dumb! I feel as if I was over charged. $80!...

What can go wrong with a simple manicure? The nail tech used an electric file on the top of my nail which is taboo! At the time I thought it was odd as I didn’t recall ever having my nail filed like this before but I don’t go enough to totally notice. My nails have been completely ruined for the past month and will be damaged for quite some time. I must’ve had the same nail tech as another reviewer I read as my nails look just like hers with indentations. I truly think she is unlicensed. While I had a horrific experience with my female (middle aged) tech my daughter and mother (very young female nail tech) had no problems with their manicures and pedicures. My daughter had a manicure (male tech) and he didn’t file the top of her nails. So - if you want to take a risk - it would depend which one you get. The problem is there is no way to repair - or I will have to wait until they completely grow out. Because of this woman this business should be out...

I got a gel manicure and a gel pedicure on Thursday. My full nails weren’t even painted on both my hands and feet (the edges and tips were very spotty or just not painted at all), it felt as though they were rushing me out the door. I went with a friend and by the time her pedicure was done I had both the manicure and pedicure done, very disappointed in the lack of time and care put into my service. By Saturday the polish on both my manicure and pedicure were already chipping away. I don’t work with my hands, or soak them in water very often. This is very disappointing, seeing as it’s such a small town and there isn’t much for nails near by. Went with this nail salon because it had the highest reviews. If I wanted bad quality I would’ve chosen a different salon.

My friend’s pedicure went great though, which is why I gave it two stars...
