7pm on a Friday and I was the only customer. There were no High Noons on the shelf. I did what a normal human with common sense would do and walked into the freezer where I found a huge stack of High Noons. I picked up a case and walked out. The one employee who was helping no customers rushed to the back, and abruptly told me the freezer was for employees only.. it was almost as if I was going for the cash drawer. After processing the interaction, I walked to the front and told him I would no longer be shopping there after how he handled the situation and recommended that he stock the shelves. Read moreThis is in response to “Joe” the customer who thought he was so important to go into the cooler that is CLEARLY marked “Employees Only”. If you were the only customer on the store, why didn’t you simply ask the on-duty employee for help? Also, how would you like it if someone came into your place of employment and entered an area that was meant for you and your colleagues? The sign on the cooler door at 3 Rock or any other place of business that states “Employees Only” is there for a reason…. Just curious… when you go to a restaurant do you go into the kitchen and start making your own meal just because you can see the food being prepared...
Read moreMe and my boys just got off work and were trying to get some beers before we went home and we’re denied service. We were all stone sober, and all over 21. We weren’t being disruptive in anyway just were grabbing our beer and leaving. We come up to the counter and some blonde lady gave all 3 of us the 3rd degree of questions like where do you live, I have a breathalyzer, who’s the driver. I’ve never had this many questions to buy beer. After we left she ran to the door trying to get our plates I assume. Disrespectful and disappointing. The rest of the staff is great, just this one sour apple ruins...
