Got home and found a small piece of plastic in one of the sandwiches. Called twice to see of there was anything that could be done. When I called the phone just rang and rang and rang on both occassions. The second phone call was placed on my way back to the store and when I arrived less than a minute from giving up on the call, I was surprised to see an empty store indicating that the employees were just letting the phone ring until frustrated callers just gave up. I approached the counter, receipt in hand, and explained to the employee that we had found a piece of plastic in one of the sandwiches and she quickly replied "I'm sorry, but there is really nothing we can do". Just very dissatisfied and disappointed with my experience at this particular location. This store is very close to both home and office but I think that I will be taking my business a little further down the road to the I25 store. A little further away but I'm sure that they would at least make the effort to remedy a situation such as the one...
   Read moreUnfortunately our visit tonight was not good. Ordered online for curbside pick up. When I arrived a nice young man came out to apologize that they were super busy. 1 lady inside. My order should have been done by 550.pm. Order came out a little after 615pm. When we got home the lite jalapeños I guess meant only 2 on a foot long. My super picky son's foot long had lettuce, onion and olive on it. It was either they picked it off or their gloves were from a previous order or sandwich. My sandwich had so many onions on it out was over powering and I like onion but wow. The lettuce on my sandwich was turning or already turned bad. I'm guessing it was already turned because my daughter said her salad tasted funny. As you see I never post but this was ridiculous and complete waste of money! During covid times they should be changing gloves and ordering less or more often. Wonder what else they are doing or not...
   Read moreMy wife and I recently got takeout from this location. I finished roughly half of one of the halves of a steak and cheese footlong. There was a screw in my sandwich.
I called the location and was told that I needed to speak to a manager and that my name and number would be given to the manager. I didn't receive a call, so I called the next day and was told to talk to the owner. I sent an e-mail with pictures and proof that my wife purchased the sub from that location. Received nothing in response.
Luckily there was no damage done to my teeth outside of a little bruising. I had my dentist take note of it and take pictures/xrays to make sure.
I plan to stay away from Subway completely.
