I usually don’t write bad reviews but they really need to hire better baristas who are able to multitask.I have frequented many times and usually not acknowledged while standing in line for several minutes or encountered rudeness. This last time is what prompted this review though. I went the barista said she had 7 drinks to make and proceeded to make drinks while I was standing there for a good 10ish minutes with no one behind me. I told her I only wanted a lemon loaf when I got there as I was there on my lunch break. I get you have seven drinks to make and by yourself but for me to burn up my lunch break to wait for a simple transaction that would have taken you seconds is ridiculous. I also get if there are other people standing behind me then she would have to ring them up but no one was there. If it were me I would have rung it up between drinks it’s not rocket science. Read moreThe staff are freindy and do what they can BUT this starbucks sucks. I use the app to get my reward stars and have my card attached and all. This store will not take payment from my card becouse its a QR code they will only use the barcode one that requires $25 upload incruments. When you dont have $25 to load to the app and want your coffee they have no way to scan to give you your rewards. They also will not let you purchuse merchandise with stars here. My drink is always with vanilla sweet cream and ordered online, but 9/10 times it gets left out and made with cold foam instead, then they double down that it’s in there even when it’s way too dark to have it— this employee caught it right away, said she would get it fixed and did so quickly and like in a real and happy to do so empathetic way?!
