Circle K — Local services in Firestone

This place has ZERO customer service. A few weeks ago I stopped in and tried to buy some Powerball tickets. The guy running the counter had no idea how to operate the Lottery machine. Today, I took some scratch lottery tickets in and asked the clerk if they could scan them for me. I was told “you can scan them over there” directing me to the self-scan machine. When I sarcastically said “thank you for your great service” the clerk responded by telling me he “didn’t have time to scan lottery tickets…”. Keep in mind there was only one other customer in the store at the time. I then left the store and drove across the street to King Soopers and was able to have my lottery tickets scanned with no problem.

If you enjoy horrible customer service, by all means support your local Circle K. Otherwise, chose King Soopers or Murphy Express just down the road. The guys at Murphy Express...

Very rude staff. My total was $2.32. I wanted to to pay $1.67 with my debit card and the rest in cash. The cashier was rude and told that was my problem and needed to figure it out on my own. She wouldn't even help with the math. I asked her first r a pen and paper so I could do the calculations and she told me I could go somewhere else I wanted to. So I did and the next gas station I went to was able to split the cost between the cash and card and was very friendly!!! Thanks for th advice to go...

I come in here every morning to get water and cigarettes. And every morning I get told with an attitude by the employees and manager that it’s not their job to watch the register for when people need something from behind the counter. I have to walk around and find someone to get it for me Or press a button to call someone. This is a gas station their should some one at register at all times. And to force some to use a self check out when they don’t want to is horrible business structure. I hate...
