Poor customer service and follow up. My husband and I purchased a reclining couch, reclining chair and 6 piece dining room set. We were told that we would be contacted to schedule the delivery of our furniture and could expect to be receiving it in two weeks. 2.5 weeks rolled around and we had not heard anything. My husband called the business. They said the couch and recliner are there but the dining room set was on backorder and would not be available for another 4 or so weeks. We never were told this information and was not planning to wait so long for the items. We kept the order based on the fact that if it is on backorder then it is everywhere and we would not receive it any sooner purchasing it elsewhere. They delivered the couch and recliner. Upon bringing the couch down the stairs there was a small hole put in the drywall and two spots on the door frame were damaged. The couch (bonded leather) also was scratched and had a couple puncture holes in it. They filled those areas with a marker, not the new condition you prefer your pieces to arrive in. The recliner made it down without damage. Several weeks later we received the dining room set. The bench was dropped in the street and damaged. We have now had to wait another couple weeks to receive that item. It is coming today, we will hope it gets here in one piece. Again I had to call them to see where the item was, they did not contact us upon it arriving at their business. I have been in contact with the owner about this complaint since the beginning. He has been less than willing to rectify the situation and keep a local customer happy. He has insinuated that I am a liar, he says his driver says that they only damaged the wall and did not damage the door frame, even though the delivery men were there when I was sweeping up the debris off the floor from the damage. The owner said this would have never happened if I allowed them to bring the furniture in through our garage. Our garage is our storage space, I am 8 months pregnant and in no condition to be moving heavy items around in my garage so they could come in that way. I worked in retail for 11 years and know how to make a customer happy when things go wrong. The way this situation has been handled is appaling. I will never do business with this company again. I hope to receive the bench today in one piece and be done with this company for good. They should have gotten a proper estimate to fix the damage and issued a credit back to have the damages fixed PROPERLY (they have offered to spackle it) a credit for the damaged furniture and...

They have kitchen sets, living room sets, bedroom sets, dining room furniture, mattresses and box springs and so much more. There's mirrors, pictures, lamps, lighting many treasures to be found. . The owner is so very knowledgeable and helpful answering your questions. They also have numerous open up sleeper beds for company and guests all different sizes. Recliners, and specialty ones that assist lifting individuals who need assistance. There is even a red phone booth for sale, a definite conversational piece to add to your decor! I love this place and will definitely return....
Read moreI just bought my bedroom set there.Since the time I stepped foot in the building I was greeted and attended to.After I picked out the bed they gave me the exact dates it would come in and followed up with calls and notified me when my bed set was here.Also the delivery guys were very helpful and careful when they moved my bed set to my house and came in with a smile and left with a smile. Definitely recommend this store to a friends and loves one and I hope to buy more...
