La Reyna Bakery — Restaurant in Fitchburg

I had placed an order and paid $50 for 20 relleno Upon arrival, they did not have the order ready when i got there and sent someone to get the relleno to then come back to cook them and they had waited for me to arrive to then come up with that solution. I waited and i came back to get my order when it was done . They wrapped up my boxes and had sent an employee to help bring them to the car which i thought was also odd. The environment in that place when i initially arrived was tense and i could see that they knew they messed up on my order . When i arrived to where i had to be. All of the relleno were completely burnt or cooked with old frying oil and the taste was absolutely disgusting. I come from out of state and I as first pleased with this place and i would never go back here. I tried contacting the owner and the owner never called back. Is this really a good business if youre serving food like that to your customers? Absolutely not . Do better to your customers . Things are too expensive now a days and people work hard for their money for you guys to be playing with peoples orders. My fiance and I originally went in for food. Upon seeing what was being offered, we passed. Everything looked extremely dry as if it sat out all day. Definitely unappealing. The bakery seemed to be an over abundance of guava. There are other fruits out there. We ended up trying a piece of flan, one cheese and one vanilla. At $4.50 a slice it was way overpriced for flan that tasted horrible. I've had better store bought flan. My finace is from Puerto Rico and said it was the worst he's ever had. Omylanta, I haven't Had Spanish P.R. Food Like This Since the Bronx... When I tell u It's An Certain taste I been Searching For The Longest Living In Massachusetts For 27 yrs now. Born and Raised The BX. All Over Burnside Or Jerome Ave The Spanish Spots Sells Rice And Beans with this Certain Taste. I have Finally Died And Came Back to Life. I can't explain How Good This Damn Food Is. The Pork Was Pure Heaven. The People Who Served us Those Brothas Were Amazingly Nice And Had Mad Love Like The Real P.R.In San Juan Or Bayamon , Or Ponce When U go to P.R. how they Treat Folks.
