Subway — Restaurant in Fitchburg

If your a human living in 2018, chances are you've been to a subway before. They're franchised businesses, so even though the menu and prices are all the same, the way a particular store is run can definitely vary. I love subway. I've been to too many to count..so when it comes to reviews, the biggest things for me are: Service - employees/management attitude and hospitality Cleanliness - of tables, bathrooms, etc Portions - the amount of food they will give you Sauces - the variety of sauces offered

So here is the rating in this store: Employees were wicked friendly, manager was too. One even saw me snapping photos and posed for me 😁 Tables and chairs were clean, as was the bathroom, floor, and sandwich station The worst thing is when you ask for like onions and the person puts literally 3 pieces of onion on your sandwich. Like, I know it's a franchise and your pinching pennies, but I cannot stand the ones that are super cheap like that. This place was good. I got amounts that you would expect on a sandwich. I always get the same thing made the same way, so if I go to a subway and they don't have my favorite sauce (creamy sirracha) I get pretty bummed out. Lucky for me, this one had that and them some.

All in all, 2 thumbs up. The only off putting part was the blatant drug deal happening in the parking lot..but it's Fitchburg not Buckingham palace...

I’ve been going to this subway for a long time and usually have a pleasant experience but the l did not have a pleasant experience. One of the staff misheard me when I said “pickles” and put peppers on my sandwich. When I said I didn’t want the peppers she took them off and threw them back in with the unused peppers with an attitude. Another staff greeted me with “what do you want?” She left one of my sandwiches in the toaster for too long after she asked if I wanted it toasted and I replied no. After asking for a veggie that was almost empty, she banged around the containers and threw one of them into the sink as if she was angery she had to change them out. While making another sandwich she made it with an attitude, throwing things onto the sandwich making a remark “I’m never f*cking going home, this is ridiculous”. When I was paying for the sandwiches I was asked “are you sure that’s all you want?” as if ordering my sandwiches was too much work for them.

I always have a pleasant experience at any subway I go to but NOT this one. If the really short girl or the larger girl is working, walk out and go somewhere else, you’ll be able to taste the hate in...

Ordered my food for pickup so my finance could bring it to me at work. I ordered it when he left his job which is 25 minutes away from this location. When he arrived to pick up, the sandwiches weren’t even being made yet. He waits there for 15 minutes and they’re still not being made so he decides to go home and go back 30 minutes later STILL NOT BEING MADE!!?? finally after sitting there for another 15 minutes he is told the sandwiches are ready. He brings them to me, i check them and none of them are what i ordered. Not a single one is correct and they forgot my drinks and sides. Whatever they threw on bread and gave us was absolutely disgusting, soggy and not even slightly correct. I tried contacting subway for a refund and no one ever gets...
