Papa Johns Pizza — Local services in Flatwoods

I recently ordered a Papa Bowl from Papa John's in Flatwoods, KY, and added extra cheese for good measure. What I received was a sad excuse for a meal – a bowl with barely any cheese or toppings, even though I paid extra.

When I called the store to express my disappointment, the store manager was incredibly rude and dismissive. She yelled at me, insisting that's just how Papa Bowls are made and there was nothing she could do. She then abruptly hung up on me.

I'm shocked and appalled by the terrible customer service and the subpar quality of the food. I could have ordered a plain pizza and removed the toppings, and it still would have had more substance than this pathetic Papa Bowl.

I sincerely hope the owner of this Papa John's location sees this review and addresses the serious issues with their staff and food preparation. In the meantime, I strongly advise potential customers to avoid the Papa Bowls and consider other options...

Just to be sure, I held my complaints until I had two consecutive strokes of bad service. Both orders came 30 minutes late and our pizzas were cold. Not hot or warm...Just Cold.

These fellas were great when they first came to Flatwoods. Our orders came very fast and service was great. It seems that they've slipped to "Pizza Hut" standards.

Bummer.

We've ordered there a few more times over the months and service has picked up. Can't honestly complain about their services too much...

To call the local store in Flatwoods you reach an answering service in the Phillipines. Tony finally talked to that store to order and then drove over there from Ironton and brought it home and it was a plain cheese pizza with several large dry spots! He called back and is making another trip back over there to get the Shaqaroni he initially ordered. Again, it was disappointing as well and definitely not worth the hassle. We won’t order from...
