Update 11/25/24 Well after calling again this Morning and Saying that if Bob didn't call me the owner that i would be coming into the office next Monday morning ans it wouldn't be good, meaning that i was gonna have a peacful protest out front of his business, well all of a sudden he call saying we need to resolve this and i was threatening his employees Wow really after months of ignoring now you call, i got $270 of the $500 back don't use this company for anything they are lying P.O.S. how is q peacful protest threatening anyone? and im gonna leave the original review up its been months now and no response from the owner im editing this review, its 11/17/24 and i have to continue to put up with this along with Hurricane damage Horrible Experience, my thermador freezer quit working, the first technician sent out spent a half hour working on my refrigerator not my freezer, when he said my refrigerator was okay, i told him it was my freezer he then did a diagnostic check and said my freezer needed a compressor, but his lead technician needed to do the job and he was on vacation, so i wait over a week, The lead technician comes to my house again concerned about my refrigerator when it was my freezer thats the problem, then he says it only needs cleaning and doesn't need a compressor, he spends a half hour on the phone with Thermador customer care, cleans my freezer from underneath with a sponge and detergent of some sort for 5 minutes and charges me $200, no luck, they come back out, telling me let's try the control panel and replace it because the technician said with his years of experience thats all it could be, so we replaced that and it didn't work now im out $400 and all Bob the owner keeps saying is have we bought a new refrigerator? Hell he can't even get it right now he's saying they did all they can do im out $400 and have to buy a new freezer, they better get me some sort of refund here or im reporting them to the BBB and every other social media site i can they will rip you off be aware and stay away they have dragged this out for months now, what a pitiful company and a horrible...
Read moreI called them in 2022 to fix my fridge because it was making really loud clanging noises, loud enough to come through my bedroom walls. They sent two young men out who said there was nothing wrong with the refrigerator because it got down to temp, even though externally loud clanking noises signifies a problem with the compressor. I told them I thought it was the compressor but they ignored the fact that I have to put the fridge on max just to keep the refrigerator below 40 degrees and the freezer at 0 degrees. To not waste the visit, I then asked them to fix my fridge door but they didn’t know how and argued with me when I told them how (I had fixed it before but didn’t have the tools at that moment). I finally had to pull up a YouTube video validating what I had already told them and instead of admitting they were wrong, they said they didn’t realize I had a cheap refrigerator (it was a 2 year old Whirlpool French door refrigerator).
The problem with my fridge has only gotten worst over time so I finally called them again today for another diagnostic. I was fine paying another fee, but I am not fine arguing with egotistical, misogynistic men about my refrigerator or wasting my money again. I live alone and I’m not having men in my home who refuse to listen to me. I asked for an older technician with more experience and I was told all of their technicians NOW are competent so she couldn’t guarantee who would come out.

Read moreMr. Appliance repaired, or rather, replaced our broken ice maker in our fridge's bottom freezer. Our fridge was fairly new and its warranty had just recently expired. Everyone from the scheduler to the technician at Mr. Appliance was very polite and courteous from start to finish. The technician, Ken I believe, who came to our house was very nice and assessed the issue and diagnosed it as needing to be replaced. They texted us his picture ahead of time so we knew what he looked like and what time frame he would show up. He diagnosed it as unable to be repaired and had to order a new ice maker and therefore schedule a different day to come back and install it. They gave us a two-hour window I think, which was very helpful and when the technician got delayed, they gave us a heads up and the technician texted when he was on the way. The reason I cannot give them 5 stars is because I feel the service they provided was way overpriced. The diagnostic fee alone is $159 which is waived if after they come out to your house, you pay for the repair or replacement they suggest, which happens to also be super expensive. The replacement of our ice maker cost over $500 which I find absurd and a significant markup on parts and labor. We were desperate to have our ice maker replaced in a short amount of time, so we chose to pay the ridiculous price under tight circumstances. The ice maker now has a warranty for a year, which is helpful. Based on what I know now, I will be less hesitant to take a more DIY approach with our appliances...
