BTM food truck — Restaurant in Fletcher

My husband and I came to the Fletcher location for an early lunch around 10:45 AM. There were 2 other cars there. The food truck has a covered front area over the front of the truck and a bench beside the ordering window. There is also a picnic table beside the food truck.

The person helping us was very pleasant, and they gave us the option of grilled or raw onions when we ordered our tacos and burgers. We paid with a debit card, which has a surcharge and the device offered a tip option at the end.

All of the tacos come with onions and cilantro. We ordered the carne asada (steak) taco, with grilled onions, no cilantro, and mozzarella cheese.

We ordered a cheeseburger, a double cheeseburger, a taco, fries, and a soda. All of the burgers come with lettuce, tomato, and mayo.

We ordered the cheeseburger and added grilled onions. A double cheeseburger, add bacon, grilled onions, and pickles. An order of French fries and a Diet Coke.

We waited at most 15 minutes for our order. The taco came on a corn tortilla with a lime wedge. This taco is hands down one of THE BEST tacos I've ever had. The lime juice adds an element of freshness to it and is the perfect addition. The burgers were delicious, the beef juicy, with the veggies cut just right. The French fries were crinkle cut and had a great seasoning on them, they tasted of pepper and salt.

My husband works nearby and often goes there for lunch and now I know why. I'm excited to try the rest...

This place almost seems like a prank. It is the most unassuming food truck in Arden of all places - don’t get me wrong, the truck design and everything looks great, but never did I expect literally all of the food to taste like it came from the greatest chef on the planet. This food truck is by far my favorite discovery I’ve made in North Carolina since I moved here. How is the food this good? And for such amazing prices. On top of that, they’re SO nice - you can tell they take so much pride in what they do and have such a good time doing what they clearly love. If you ever come across this place, you HAVE TO visit them. I promise you won’t be disappointed. My top recommendations so far are the bacon egg and cheese biscuit (make sure you add mayonnaise with a tomato) and their Philly cheesesteak. But seriously, move over biscuit head - this place has destroyed you.

Wow! I can't begin to explain how amazing Victor and his team/family are. They have a gift for cooking the best food and their service is personal and kind. I would go to their Hendersonville location on Fridays for their BBQ (before the Fletcher location opened) and it was amazing - I got their pulled pork every time. They catered our wedding in April and all our guests were raving just as much as we do over the food! Their food is always reasonably priced as well! Now at the face of Helene, they serve the community. They fed hundreds of lineman DAILY and today they are serving the Fletcher community for free.
