The coffee I received was excellent, but the morality of the manager and employee that interacted with me was below sub par. I had gotten in a car accident may be 40 minutes before and was waiting for my uncle to pick me up. An officer was nice enough to drop me off at this location, so I could get a ride. The employee, whose name I found out is, Nicole was on a phone call, with the manager who never stepped foot in the building, made me leave. I was wearing my mask when I was not drinking my coffee that I bought there, so I was not loitering. I was forced by the employee, Nicole, and the manager who was no where to be seen, to wait in the cold outside after I experienced one of the most scariest events of my life. I was sitting in a corner more than 6 feet away from everyone, not saying a word. I did not try to sit at the tables that were closed. I was just with my stuff that I was able to retrieve from my car, minding my own business. I expected more sympathy out of them even with COVID because everything that happens is so unexpected. I understand indoor seating is closed right now, but I literally had no where else to go. They threw me out on the street, after I explained to them that my uncle would be there in minutes and the only ride I had at the time would be if I called the officer to come and get me. I was thankful to even be alive this Thanksgiving; I wish I could have been more thankful to be in a place that had great hospitality for a shock stricken...
Read moreBeen coming to thia store everymorning for a year now. Somedays they are open for walkins sometimes they lockdoors and stick a note drive through only. I walk two blocks from the job site to get my self coffee dont drive since my work truck is being used at site. Last week of March12th I was there everymorning till friday March 18th. I was surprised that they lockoed doora and drive through only... during the week I notices that they removed proxy screen at register and most of staff dropped mask... Great to see that life is back to to normal. So back to Friday march18th. I called and asked that can I make payment and take my order to go. Megan the manager said no go to drive thru and I explained to here that my car is far and I walked to the store. Here a picture showing how its causing traffic to mai street due to lotsnof customers cant walk in. Cant be some days walkins are allowed and some other are not. Read moreI came in at 7:25 for my mobile order, i have been a regular for about a month now. i see the same beautiful faces every day. today was one to remember and i wish i got Their name… i usually get 4 blonde shots on ice, 1/2 of whole milk, 4 white mocha and extra cold foam. today i got my drink, no cold foam, AND I HATE SAYING ANYTHINGGGGG because i used to be a barista at a different location so i tend to deal with it. but today i worked up the courage to say something. THEY WERE SO KIND!! and i know its their duty to be kind on the clock but the person on this locations Cold Bar reached over and ALSO apologized and was so forgiving about me being “one of those people”
