Bob Wallace Appliance — Local services in Florence

We recently purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator from Bob Wallace Appliances in Florence and from day one it has not worked properly! This is our third attempt and now we were told we are on a service list. This has been going on for 4 weeks. I had gallbladder bladder surgery a couple weeks before this and was told to drink plenty of water which she is trying to do but it’s been difficult drinking lukewarm warm water when the ice melts ever so quickly. We were told they don’t have a buy back. We are elderly and this doesn’t help the situation very much. We purchased a washer from them recently and were well satisfied with the purchase that’s the reason we went back to them in the first place! No we don’t wait a replacement! We just want a refund! House was struck by lightning. Washer and dryer do not work but electrician says electrical is now repaired. Insurance requested service man to look at appliances to assure they are not working. Office manager was rude. Suggested we could be asking them to falsify papers to insurance company. Said they had dealt with that in the past. We would never in a million years do such a thing. Felt accused that he would even suggest such a thing over the phone to me. He said he would repair them before he even looked at them or knew what had caused them to stop working. Then on second call said it would be two days before anyone could even look at them. Will never use Hunt's Appliances in Florence after those phone call...

I purchased a stove from Bob Wallace on December 23rd. Everything about my experience was fantastic!! Great customer service, wonderful personalities! They were super engaging and accommodating! I didn't have anything delivered, but earlier in the process, it looked as though I would need it. With it being so close to Christmas, the delivery service was not available, however, the salesman offered to deliver my stove for me that Tuesday. I was so grateful but thankfully, I was able to have it picked up the same day.
