Burger Depot — Restaurant in Florence

This was the absolute worst experience &biggest waste of money. This was my 1st &last time at burger depot. We waited a fair amount of time in the drive thru before ordering the "southwest sizzle" &my husband ordered the #2 &a chili dog. ($25.80 total) The "southwest sizzle" was a mess! I received a bowl with corn&beans with a pinch of shredded cheese on top &the hardest chunks of hamburger meat I have ever received anywhere in my entire life with a cup of sauce. They were out of crackers so corn&beans was my $8 meal... it was DISGUSTING! The meat was so hard it was unedible. My husband's hot dog was on a stale bun. It was just a disaster. Worst meal I have had in a very long time if not ever &definitely a huge waste of money. I wish someone would have warned me I was paying for corn&bean soup so I could have made better choices. Sub-par food, slow service.

After waiting for 30 mins on my lunch break they said that they had lost my ticket with my order on it. I was accompanied by 3 co-workers and then 2 gentlemen behind me that ordered and had already got their food and sat down when they told me that they had lost my order ticket. After getting my drink (co-workers had already had thier food and drink) she said there would be a little wait on my food after they forgot it. 5 mins later I recieved my food, then the Burger Depot employee procedes to tell me that I wouldn't have had to wait if I called ahead...MIND YOU THAT THIS IS A FAST FOOD ESTABLISHMENT EQUIPPED WITH A DRIVE-THRU!! 40 MINS AFTER ARRIVING I FINALLY LEFT THE ESTABLISHMENT WITH MY MEAL WITHOUT...

Used to love burger depot and that it’s locally owned. I order from here a lot and a lot of times 12-15 sandwiches and sides once every 2 months. The last 3 out of 4 times I have been my order hasn’t been correct. The lady taking my order was rushing today. They were busy but no excuse for her attitude. So since today being the 3rd time I called. Betty who rang my order up who is also the manager was extremely rude. So I became the same way with her. Treat others as the way you would want to be treated. I have never dealt with her before at burger depot always the owner because of large orders. Least to say this business will no longer be getting my business due to Betty...
