Dinner and show isnāt what I signed up for while waiting on my food. Firstly, I stood there waiting for someone to take my order as an employee on break in the dining area, yelled out āCustomer at the registerā, none of the workers back there came up for me for my order for about 3-5 minutes. Then, I sat down in a booth and while I was waiting a customer comes in and some lady (I believe she was the manager) took his order. The other workers were having a loud conversation in the kitchen and they were getting louder, so the lady at register turns around and starts yelling at the other workers saying she canāt hear the man and to quiet down so she can hear what the man wants to order! That sheās yelling at them because they were yelling. Seriouslyā¦šš Fast forward, that same lady and 3 other girls are standing by the drive-thru window and she is mediating an argument that the 3 girls are having. Which means that they were loud⦠again! Fast forward again! My food comes out. The fries are not crispy and theyāre unseasoned (I HATE unseasoned fries). The chicken skin is soft (ugh) and the biscuit is a lump of thick baked dough. Tried going through the drive thru, however in ordering this very very rude employee gets on the drive thru intercom I ask her to give me a moment as my son was undecided at that particular second, her reply to that was curt, but ok..I saw they were busy. I was ordering two (2) $5 dollar fill ups, however once my son decided he changed his mine to the hot wing combo. This rude , VERY RUDE employee breathes very hard into the intercom in frustration, I will assume with other rude snappy comments. I canceled my order and she quickly comes back with a glib comment and disrepectful tone "it's canceled " I asked for her manager who thankfully said she heard the rude employee and heard it all and that she was going to speak with her. If you order delivery, make sure you have extra at home. If you try to make a complaint about it they donāt resolve the issue through their apps chat feature. They only tell you to contact the store. Whatās the purpose of the chat if they have no ability to resolve an issue. We also ordered two different chicken sandwiches with different sauces on them but there is no means to tell one from the other. They both had a red/spicy sauce but no identifying mark or anything to differentiate between the two.
