Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in South Carolina

If I could give zeros stars I would. I ordered over the phone with a call center. I wanted two large pizzas. Upon delivery we received one. I was nice and still tipped bc it wasn't the delivery guys fault. I called to make it right and my dad went to the store in person. The management did not care at all. I called the call center and they referred me to an email and then once I got through another time I got hung up on. Finally I got someone on the phone that said that upper management would call me within 48 hours. They never told me that they did not have local drivers that my orders was directed through door dash so there was a tacked on fee. No one said anything to me about it. Terrible customer service. My husband owns a restaurant and this is completely unacceptable. I will NEVER order from here again. I have family in town and half of my family is still hungry. Completely ridiculous. I ordered online tonight, a large pizza and two desserts bring the brownie and the cookie. Received two brownies so I called the store directly letting them know I still had the screenshot from my order. They continued to tell me there was nothing they could do but give me a customer service hotline and go through them to merely get a cookie dessert rather than the extra brownie that I received. It most definitely wouldn’t have been an issue to return the brownie dessert for what I ordered a cookie dessert. Honestly do not think that I should have to go through a hotline that would take weeks in order for me to get a cookie dessert that I ordered. I haven't eaten at Papa John's except probably once or twice since I moved from Florence about 20 (give or take a few) years ago. Boy I had NO IDEA what I was missing! They had a fantastic deal where we got 2 LARGE SPECIALTY PIZZAS for only 14$ each! That philly cheese steak pizza...OMG no words! WOW! And the pizzas themselves were FULL of toppings and cheese, with the original crust being just right .not too thin, but not overly doughy either! Their wings were spectacular as well bc they had the option of getting jus plain wings without sauce which is in my opinion the best way to get wings bc you can actually taste the chicken and not just sauce!
