If you’re looking for a friendly shopping experience, Lucky Finds might not be so lucky for you. I gave this place one last shot today, genuinely hoping to find something specific. But the second I asked a question, I was hit with a full dose of attitude from the man behind the counter—who, plot twist, is the owner. Yep… Mr. Cranky Pants himself. Rude, impatient, and acting like answering a basic question was ruining his day. The real irony? His staff is fantastic. The women working there are sweet, helpful, and actually seem to care about the customers—unlike their boss, who could seriously take a few notes from them. If you’re lucky enough to avoid Mr. Cranky Pants, you might just enjoy your visit. But if you cross his path… good luck, darling. You’re gonna need it. I won’t be spending another dime at this place—and if you value your time, patience, or sanity, I suggest you save your coins too.

I placed an order on yesterday. My invoice was different from the amount charged. The person I spoke to would not honor the amount charged. I just canceled the order. Please always check the amount charged to your bank and your invoice to make sure that they are the same. It was only $3.36 , I hope it's not being done to everyone. I personally would have credited the money, instead of losing a customer.

Sometimes when someone is in a supervisory position, being combative is the only way they know how to handle a situation. Now, I wasn't going to call her out on her uncouth behavior because it wasn’t worth it to me, but after the second incident, I couldn't refrain from it. I won't go into detail, but I would like to compliment the Owner, I believe his name is Andy, he was very understanding and helpful, such a kind man! I'm just glad to hear that this is her last day on the job. Looking forward to shopping here again because they have very attractive attire and prices are...

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars! Tracey (sorry if spelled incorrectly) and Jordan were so patient with my friends and I and we had a great shopping experience! We came to browse at first. I ended up trying a few things on (that I did not end up purchasing), and we ended up getting some t-shirts made and buying some Knick-knacks, and some really cool earrings! I definitely want to go back when I have more time to visit and see about some new items when the season changes. I highly recommend this place and I cannot...
