This shop claims to be a watch repair shop! My husband dropped off two of my watches and they could only repair one, the one that only needed the 3 o’clock sticker stuck back on. When I went to pick it up I was obviously upset, if I had the time I’m sure I could have googled how to do that. But as I tried to pay the $35 for the fix, the man that did it was standing there and said he had to take the hands off then put sticker back on then recalibrate. The watch was not that damaged, and I know it was a sticker because it kept sticking to the second hand. Then he told the girl behind the register not to charge me at all and threw my cc at me, I didn’t want it for free so was forced to go to the bank and get cash. Gave them $40 and told them to use the $5 tip to learn to act professionally. Then I was followed out of the store by lady that threw my cc at me and she told me I had a very nice husband and didn’t deserve him. Once I was in my car trying to leave she then knocked on my window and acted all southern with hands in praying position mouthing Thank You. This shop is not worth the time God gave them, they are rude as hell!!! Photo off watch included to see 3 o’clock sticker even looks crooked!

I had my rare 1960's wind up wrist watch repaired at venables recently and I am amazed at how well the technician did. It literally looks and runs like brand new! I didn't think it was possible. I am thoroughly pleased.

I had my rare 1960's wind up wrist watch repaired at venables recently and I am amazed at how well the technician did. It literally looks and runs like brand new! I didn't think it was possible. I am thoroughly pleased.

I Brought In The Remaining Shell Of An American Eagle Ring.Though I Found The Eagle That Had Fallen Off Later,I Asked Mr. Billy If He Could Repair The Holes In The Ring Where The Eagle Had Once Been.He Assured Me He Could Make It Look Nice.He Did More Than That!He Made The Ring Look Better Than The Original Design.I Might Do One of Two Things.Either I'll Get The Eagle Reattached,Or,I Will Get It Engraved With Some Special Info At A Later Date.Thank You,Mr. Billy And Your Fine Staff For Such A WONDERFUL Experience.I Like Hardworking,Nice,Quality Craftsmen Like You!!!Keep Up The GREAT...
