I’m really not sure how this place got a 4.8 for reviews. Maybe those with bad experiences aren’t reporting them.

Long story short, do not take your apple products here. I took my watch because it was cracked and not responding to charge. They had my watch for over seven days. Forgot to give me my charger back. By the time I went to pick my charger up the next day. The same issues. The cost for them fixing my watch was $163. It only worked for less than 24 hours after “being fixed” and when I asked them what else I could do, the technician yelled at and blamed me for it not coming on. Don’t do it! Take your chances with your service provider or Apple. It was a waste of time and money.
I had to almost drag my guy out of there before he caught a case because they honestly did rob us in a sense and chances are they took my good battery out and replaced it with a faulty one. The watch had a whole set of different problems when I got it back.
If they would have simply said they couldn’t fix it, I would’ve respected them more.
Since, I have started my replacement process at Apple. Much better to go to the source.

MY RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY: It looks as if you are concerned about how this transaction ended but I already attempted to discuss this matter with you yesterday. I didn’t even get to express my concerns fully before you complained about how long you needed to charge my watch before you could work on it. You had my watch for five days before you called and requested I bring the watch charger to you. Then proceeded to blame me for it taking so long to charge. This was handled very unprofessionally while there were other customers in the store. There were no kind words when I was there yesterday and there don’t need to be any now. I’m unhappy with the service you provided and I don’t want any further business with your store. Please don’t contact me again.
Response 2. As stated, I will not bring my watch back to your store by any means. If there was something wrong with the watch and it wouldn’t charge, I should’ve been informed of that and I could’ve gone another avenue. Instead, you put a bandaid on it that peeled off a day later. My watched is fixed correctly now because I went to Apple and I had no issues nor did I have to pay. I went to your store because of the reviews and I thought it would be quick and cheap. Turns out it took over a week and only worked for a day for $163. I’ll chalk that up. Please be advised I didn’t put a heart on your last response. I’m not sure if you had someone heart it for good business, but I advise you for future business… if you notice something wrong in the beginning…be honest with customer… don’t patch it up only for it not to hold and have them pay for it. When I went to put it up a white guy gave me my old cracked phone and another phone that they transferred my info to. When I asked him "why did they do that?" he said my mother board was bad and that the phone was bad. My phone was good before I took it to them. It still worked the only thing was it was cracked. I started noticing problems so I called the owner and he told me to bring it in. I told him every since they switched my info to the phone he had my phone doesn't hold a charge it over heats and my screens sensor does what it wants. We were the only 2 ppl in the store he was a guy and he took advantage of that. Not only was he trying to over talk me and not understand what I was saying he told me that was HIS PHONE as we were comparing phones both phones I brought in he SNATCHED IT OUT MY HAND!! He then told me I MADE HIM MAD!! I started crying out of disbelief because I have not been disrespected in such a way. I was disappointed more so because this came from the OWNER!!!. He tried to explain how he got his black employee put in jail because he thght HE STOLE IT. Just to found out the white guy that fixed it messed up! Told me it would be done in 24 hours. 48 hours later no call, so I called and he said give another 24 hours. Went 48 hours later to visit store, he said give through the weekend. 4 days later again no call or text, visited the store he said couldn’t fix the phone to receive service because the antenna was damaged. I paid him for replacing the screen. The rest of the day, I hooked the phone up to wifi and continued to use… when the phone went dead (SAME DAY), I tried to charge but it would not. I took the phone BACK again and he said he would fix in 24 hours. I went back after 3 DAYS no call again and when he greeted me, he said that when I left the phone was working so it was my fault and he didn’t know what was wrong with charging. Cellphone Genius warranty states if you bring the phone back within 30 days and it has no physical or water damage they would fix.
