Horrible horrible experience. If I could give zero stars I would. First off, they are horrible at communication and totally unprofessional. The rental process started on November 26th with my online application. I contacted the store the following Monday to check on my application... Said it was processing. Ok, understood. Back and forth with verification document requests that were sent multiple times because "they were never received"....I literally forwarded the items thru email showing they were already sent... So of course my delivery date kept getting pushed back and finally was scheduled for a delivery 12/12. Mind you this entire time I was given no phone calls for updates or additional info needed...I had to call on multiple instances for updates. Just for the delivery guy(who failed to give his name) to ask for additional information that I had already provided. I am a repeat customer from rent one and was doing business with the location in Franklin county for years before relocating back to St Louis and never experienced this level of so called service from someone who's claimed to have been in the service industry for over 25 years. Do yourself a favor and go get outstanding service at rent a center. They won't make you feel like your going to steal something from them before you even get your items. Don't believe any of the positive reviews.... The people running this...

The people who came out to install the washer and dryer complained that they had to go up the stairs.
Not even a full week of me having the unit was my washer spinning cycle causing shaking of the whole unit. I called the store letting them know.
I was told that someone would come Thursday or Friday and they would call before hand. Thursday at about 10AM someone is banging on my door. It was the same 2 guy who installed the unit. I said no call was made prior to them knocking at my door. Not even 15 minutes later they turn around as Iām on a work call stating that they canāt fix the issues. And they would let the office know.
I called right the office letting them know everything that happened. The same guy who always answer the phone said oh well I told them to call before. Then mentioned service ticket would be done once they get back in the office.
Fast forward Tuesday, store 319 calls and ask about a payment. I then revoiced the issues I was having. He said the issues canāt be resolved until I pay.
I ended up calling another store having my account transfer. Store 319 is extremely unprofessional and they need some training. I donāt recommend this location...

And I was explaining to him that I needed a bed for my spare bedroom that I was having company coming in soon and I was in a pickle, he said, well, ma'am, what are you looking for and I explained everything that I wanted and needed and he was like, well, give me a few hours. I'll do some searching and I'll get back with you. He called me back and he found exactly what I was looking for, the color and everything I ended up buying a new mattress and he said he would get it out to me in a couple days everything was delivered everything looked great. He went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.was very respectful and very professional.I really appreciate the time he took to get everything that I needed just in time.
