If you are planning on getting a remote start installation done, This is NOT the place to visit.
After they installed a remote start system on my Infiniti G35 coupe I drove home and attempted to start my vehicle to take off for Walmart. My car wouldnt start. I used the manual ignition and after doing that it worked on the way back. The next day, the system repeated the same thing and I took it back to them. I tried to explaine to them including the manager that their system only works at times but they kept saying it was because I was attempting too many times to start it (Even though I knew I was pushing the button once as they had suggested and as the manual suggests) I showed them what it was doing and after starting it with the ignition key thats when the remote start worked
The funny part is, They said I was attempting to start it too many times and thats why it didnt work at times but when it worked, I would shut it down and try it again and it would start up.
I made 2 different trips to this shop to try and get the system removed and get my refund but they refused to refund me saying that their system works fine. I am going to keep pursuing this to bottom of it.

You have to wait too long to speak with anyone because not enough people to handle the customers. I came up there on a Saturday but it was too busy. I then made an appt Monday for "first opening on a Wed morning". I stopped by that Tuesday afternoon only to find out the guy sold the last radio that was supposed to be installed in my car AFTER my appt had already been made earlier that day. Why he didn't put one aside knowing I had an appt the next morning is beyond me. Luckily I went up there the day before and found out. On the plus side, he did call another store and went to pick it up the next morning. But I wonder what would've happened if I hadn't been proactive. I dropped my car off right before they opened and was told it should take an hour or 2. After not hearing back over 7 HOURS LATER, I called them and was told it was done and ready. NO ONE BOTHERED TO CALL ME!!!! Then after using the radio a bit and noticing something not quite right, I finally discovered that they connected the front and rear speakers backwards.
