This store has a policy of no returns or exchanges on purchases. This is because they knowingly purchase defective products, display & sell them to the public. I recently purchased an incense holder @ $20, however, when I got home to use it, one of the hinges was broken, the hole to hold the incense was so close to the bottom of the holder that it actually laid in the groove where the ashes were to fall. I took it back to the store & was lied to by 2 of the associates about the manager being on her way to work. Which I didn’t have time to wait due to being on my way to work. However I did stop in when I got off work. I spoke to an associate who had been in the store earlier when I was there who was also well aware of my issue but had nothing to say when she heard the other to lying to my face. In fact the manager had quit 2 days prior to today & the associate that sold the holder to me was one of the associates that was in on the lie about the status of management. I was told that he quit shortly after I left the store. I asked her if she could call someone who could assist me, she attempted to call the area manager without success. I have sent numerous customers to this establishment, as of today I will no longer recommend this business to anyone. They do not stand behind their products & are only concerned about making money, not the loyalty of repeat customers & referrals from repeat customers. We don’t need this business in our community with ethics such as this. I encourage anyone whom I’ve referred to this business not to patronize...

I am a senior citizen with absolutely no knowledge of CBD. However, I have seen CBD signs everywhere and several people have told me how it has helped them relieve a lot of stress and anxiety. By accident I came across this store while I was enroute to the car wash and decided to go in. I am happy to say I was greeted by a very cordial and friendly sales person by the name of Jasmine. I explained to her my lack of knowledge and asked for suggestions/ explanations on the various CBD products available based on my concerns. She was so patient and understanding. She was also so very helpful and cautioned/stopped me several times when I was about to purchase products that were really inappropriate for me. Most importantly, she did not use any high pressure sales tactics and was genuinely concerned with ensuring I got the products that would be best for me... one of which was a wonderful smelling Lavender and Chamomille hand and body lotion. She was definitely the major contributor in my CBD first time experience being a very pleasant one.

Both Priska and India were so very help and informative during my shopping experience! Priska helped me first find the right direction with what I was look for. Then passed on very detailedly my needs to India while I had more time to look around. They have great deals on glass pieces, a body diagram of CBD and how it works. Plus an array of CBD product options and some other real cool stuff! The environment was so friendly and welcoming. I will absolutely be going back for all my CBD (and then some) needs. Loved everything about my shopping adventure. I tried the 100mg CBD pre-roll. Definitely a different experience than THC as to be expected. It is nice for an evening where you just want to relax a bit without the added euphoric feeling. I felt very relaxed. Like I could just sit and watch a movie.
