This ONE STAR review is for the OWNER/OPERATOR of this location. After weeks of issues, and hearing other guests say the same thing, we have figured out that the owner operator has chosen to implement a different rule from the other restaurants. If you order any entree and you order sauce with it, the app allows you to ring up 2-3 sauces per item depending on the item. However, the employees have been instructed by the owner to only give out 1-2 sauces per item, no matter what. So if I order anything with sauce, they willfully give you less than you order. If you want the amount of sauce that you want as a guest, you have to go to the counter and do a second transaction. EVERY TIME. It forces you to wait in line a second time or get somebody's attention during busy times. It's extremely annoying, and anti-consumer. Just today as I was picking up my order, I remembered that it is ONLY this location that does this, every other location gives me exactly what I order, with a receipt on the front to show what I ordered. This location does not do that. They throw away the receipt so you don't have a written record of how many sauces you ordered. If you go back and ask for them, they don't give them to you for free, they charge you. Again, I don't mind paying for them, but LET ME PAY FOR THEM ON THE APP!!! and if you're gonna be the only owner operator acting broke, maybe adapt to how the other restaurants are doing it? Is it a flex? It just seems like it's all about the money. Either way, we are tired of it. The employees have suggested it might just be about the money.
Either way, now to my final issue and why I was pushed over the edge to write a one star review. I went in today and while I was waiting for my order, another guest, a lady, was making the exact same complaint. She had to leave the drive thru, park, get out, and come all the way in to get her sauces, only to be met with embarrassed employees explaining to her (and legit trying to be nice) that they are literally not allowed to give her what she orders because the owner operator said no.
As I got my order today, I asked the manager about the issue. She explained to me that it was the owner operator's decision. I asked her the usual, if I could purchase my extra sauces. She said yes, I could. So I thought I saw her put the sauces in the bag. But later when I checked the bag, the extra three sauces weren't even in there. This was just a mistake for sure, but a very unfortunate one, given that I literally just paid for them, AND had to do a second transaction for them.
Finally, I called the store a few times to get it resolved, and they didn't answer the phone. So now I have to go by a third time, after work, after getting my lunch ruined. I am SO sick of this policy and I KNOW I'm not the only one to feel this way..
I do want to say that all the employees are super nice and the food is usually pretty good. But my last few experiences have been ruined by me having to come to a second transaction just to get my...

Although I live close by this location I go to the other locations and have never had a bad experience. About a week ago I placed an order through the app and got my usual drink - Sunjoy but I didn’t have an option to add the strawberry puree like I do every time so I said I’ll mention and pay for it when I arrive. When I arrived at the restaurant it was packed like any other Chick Fil A is but it was a bit unusual because a lot of people where standing at the counter about orders but I didn’t give it too much thought. I proceeded to a table and scan to check in so they could start preparing my meal and I got back in the line to inquiry about adding the puree to my drink. As I was waiting in line a young lady came to the table I scanned in at and placed my food on the table, so I got out of line and explained that I have a drink with my order as well and I was standing in line to add the puree on top. Me and the young lady walked to the counter and she grabbed my drink and proceed to the back, when she came back the puree was added and I thanked her and sat at my table and proceeded to eat.
As I was finishing up my meal a older gentleman came by the table and asked if there was anything I can assist with and I just asked for a refill on my Sunjoy and I just reminded him that strawberry puree is on top, he smiled and said he has never heard of that but he will bring it back right away. That’s when things took a bad turn because I hear a whole disruption at the front coming from employees toward customers about their orders and a TALL GUY with a black shirt on which is an employee being very confrontational. He went on to make comments about the puree and nothing is free so forth and so on. That prompted me to get up and kindly explain that it was just a refill and puree was already added previously and paying is never the issue but I’ve never had this happen. He wanted to go back and forth with me which prompted another customer to come up and beg that he pay for my order and if they can give me a refund, the TALL GUY disregarded and continued to cause a scene all for “1 pump of strawberry puree.” Low and behold EVETTE a manger cause the whole ruckus and did not try to fix the problem until I gathered my things and left! I will not be returning to this location EVER…
I called headquarters made a report and asking to speak...

Ordered 3 sandwiches and tots and requested 2 sauces per sandwich for a total of 6. I was given 3 and asked to pay for the remainder. Just a few days earlier my daughter placed a DoorDash order from here and although she requested sauce, none came with her order. All I can say is I’m done, but I wish them the best.
Past review: Waited in drive-thur for about 20 minutes on this rainy morning to only be scolded by one of the managers (Mr. A) at our new and highly anticipated Chic-fli-A. You see during one of my weekly visits here I had received a “Be Our Guest” card because of how long I had to wait for my Mobil order. So today, I ordered one of the items off the card but requested that the sandwich be spicy. I was told no problem until I arrived at the window. There were at least 10 or more cars behind me while Mr. A in his most Authoritarian voice informed me that I could not use the card to receive a spicy sandwich but only the original one. I attempted to cancel my entire order but that presented another problem since I had used some of my points. When I was told to contact corporate if my points weren’t restored I decided I didn’t care to do all that so I chose to keep at least some portion of my order. This whole ordeal took another 5 minutes or more. Eventually, I was allowed to use the card and keep what I ordered after there was some discussion about what should be done with my bag of food and I interjected that Mr. A seemed more willing to throw the food out than to make me feel like a valued customer and allow me my bagged sandwich. I think I was more pained about the customers who were unfortunately behind me than Mr. A. was. Not only have I patronized this business one or more times per week since opening but I have purchased numerous gift cards to share the joy of Chic-fil-A with others but today’s experience doesn’t have me feeling to hopeful about the future of my neighborhood CFA...
