0 stars if I could. On my confirm email it clearly states “no need to confirm pickup for scheduled delivery”. They called and left a voicemail to confirm anyhow, not a problem. I called back the number to confirm, they didn’t pick up. I emailed the email they provided, I got an automated response saying they got the email. They day of the delivery comes, they don’t show up or call. I call them and they tell me they never received my phone confirm. Explained the situation and the customer service rep rudely interrupts me, and just says I need to reschedule. I did not nothing wrong. There was a major issue with the packaging of the item they were supposed to deliver so we refused the delivery and called the supplier to clarify. Tyler Transportation was told by the supplier and the shipping company to deliver it again later in the day, but Tyler Transportation refused. The shipping dispatcher was rude and not helpful. Bill of Lading not signed by recepient. Really enjoyed hauling the pallet to the dumpster. Good job, knuckleheads.
