My first visit to Riviera Furniture. I was totally surprised at the amount of furniture and so many other home items. Heather greeted me with a welcoming smile a hello. She was really a first-class expert in showing me around the large showroom. I was looking for a love seat couch to replace my older, well-used unit. Heather asked what I was I required in a piece of furniture. We discussed the parameters I needed, and she proceeded to show me around the store. After sitting and checking the style, color, and what I required, we narrowed the field down to two models. Heather took at great lengths to discuss the features and benefits between the final two pieces. Finally, after about forty-five minutes or longer, I chose a white leather love seat. It fit my requirements perfectly and my budget! Heather made my purchase a happy experience with her excellent customer service.
