Had a birthday party for for my two kids here. We had a total of 7 kids and 7 adults, everything was good tables where set up no problem their we were a bit late because we had a problem with the cake we had ordered at basking robins close to this Chuckecheese, they didn’t have it!! Great way to Star your birthday event. Anyways like i said everything went well the woker helping us was nice she got our food drinks everything when needed, kids loved it they had fun. So here is why I didn’t give it more stars and I shouldn’t give any at all but like i said everything was good except for one event that we don’t appreciate. So we booked the event for 6pm-8pm we were the only ones having an event so there wasn’t anyone else on the party are just us and the worker helping us. My 12year old daughter had brought her small backpack to cary her purse and had left it on top of the table next to the presents. She took out her phone to take pictures of her brother and sister going in the ticket blast thing, taking pictures of chucky singing happy birthday and everything else then it was time for them to go back to play. So she put her phone back on her back pack and left it on the same place. Someone was always at the table. Well here comes the bad part of the party, i was with my 4 year old playing on the games and my huband, two sister in laws one of the husband of one of them were at the table and our chuck e cheese helper started cleaning the kids table because it was getting close to closing time. So when we were getting ready to go my 12yr daughter went to get her things plus her backpack...well guess what!!? It wasn’t where she had left it!!! And our members where at the table didn’t see anyone different get near our table only out party and the hostess. (Btw my daughters back pack was behing the presents at the kids table) so are u getting an idea 💡 who might had taken it?! Well i was tracking my daughters iphone 8 and it showed it was still near and our hostess was watching my daughter was upset and crying she went up to her and ask her of she had seen her backpack and she said no and that she was going to ask if anyone had turned it in so she disappeared. Long story short my husband was about to call the police and she came out with the backpack open and said that she had found it on the trash. Who would throw away a backpack. She was the only one cleaning the table and I doubt it had been a mistake the backpack is bulky and heavy. She wrapped it with the table cover and threw it in the trash then got it out somewhere where we couldn’t see it. If it was a mistake (like i said I doubt) why would she bring it all the way open when the backpack was closed. She was really nervous that she even forgot to collect my kids wrist band.Everything was in their including the phone. We didn’t make a big deal because we where already stressed out and wanted to leave. Who would do that to a 12yr old?!! Oh and we also blame our daughter because she wasn’t responsible for her things. Anyways beware of your things on any place u guys plan to do this type of events. We will not plan another event here, it’s our first and it would...
Read moreFor the record,, Chuck E. Cheese has been a go to environment for Children's Birthday parties and entertainment in the PAST.
Fast forwarding to the PRESENT . Chuck E. Cheese has lost its luster when it come to this particular location . The restaurant and entertainment areas are in my opinion,,, ENTIRELY WAY TOO SMALL !!! Furthuremore, aside from the oversized mouse, this location is understaffed and the manager needs additional managers to facilitate customer concerns to insure a pleasant and enjoyable visit .... after-all lets face it ,,,, The average family visits Chuck E. Cheese at least 1 to 2 times a year depending on the age of their own children, invitation to another child's party or in my case just to take my grandson out honoring a request to go and have fun barring the expense we have to endure until they get older and realise that there other venues to go to.
Lasly, I could go on with this review however, I suspect this one won't receive the attention it deserves to reach SATISFACTORY RESULTS AND ACTION.
The menu choices have to change . Pizza is easy to sell anywhere and the Salads in my opinion have changed offering assembling varieties to appeal to Healthy alternative choices for adults as well as children . This location lacked the basic fundamentals to HACCP [ Hazardous Analysis Critical Control Point]
Look it up folks ... you'd be amazed what goes on at this location .
Food handling , Restroom , Dining areas, Beverage station / Salad Bar were not maintained by staff . I saw the manager all over the place doing multiple task thus the reason for the 2 STARS . I wouldn't be surprised if everyone working that wasn't working were TERMINATED ! Until,, Chuck E. Cheese makes significant changes to this location and where it is ,, Expect the similar if not , the SAME experience ........ Truth hurts , but sometimes its the path to getting it right for others...
Read moreCame here for a birthday party. It was my first time at a Chuck E. Cheese in a while. I was thinking the worse. I got to say I was a little impressed with games, staff, clean facility. Party ordered pizza and sodas. I ordered myself an all you can eat salad. It was good. I did have to mention to them a couple times what was out. So they would restock it. For a minute I felt like I was working lol the guy I think that was the manager was cool and funny. Too bad he’s a yankee fan lol speaking of that I was there when there was a dodger vs Yankees game. I was disappointed no tv for the game. Come on?!? Really?!? Also no pitcher of beer. I get the beer I guess for the kids sake but tv for adults to watch while kids are playing. At least one tv for sports. Would be nice. I don’t think it’s too much to ask. I don’t see any harm in that. Unless they don’t have the technology to control one tv. I had to watch the game on the phone. Another complaint is the place smelled like a dirty diaper. I get it kids running around and maybe a parent tossed a diaper in the trash but damn staffs got to notice it and take out the trash. I had one slice a pizza and it wasn’t that great. I wouldn’t recommend it. I would probably come just for the games for my son and maybe a salad. I did like the guy monitoring make sure people got new plates to keep it clean. I believe they have a membership were you can sign up and you save like 20-30% off. Not bad. I felt like they probably needed another person to help the front. At one point I was waiting for a few minutes for another plate. Good work though...
