This used to be a bins store where everything had a reasonable price due to the items being returned items. This store was renamed “Big Boss” and has had a “Grand Opening “ sign for many years now. Prices here are higher than regular stores if not, equivalent. You cannot return or exchange anything. You cannot test anything. I saw a vacuum for $130 and it is the same price at target and everywhere else. This store is an Amazon return store; keep in mind that most items have been returned because they did not work or other reasons. Store is overpriced. Things are not new. I saw some people getting discriminated but I honestly thought I was overthinking till I saw another person type a review about that. I brought my purse in and the security told me it was too big. The security is different than other days but the one who makes the rules is the owner. The store is very strict. I have not seen a store where they ask you to leave your bag or purse behind.
No food or drinks allowed, No big Bags or purses. No backpacks. No exchanges. Some signs say “Do Not Allow Children to Touch Items” Many employees seem to leave this job because of the atmosphere the owner is setting up. I have not seen the owner or manager reply to anybody’s reviews. There are many great stores other than this one. Save your $$ and go somewhere else where people are not...
Read moreThis is a decent store for anyone that likes shopping for deals. Unfortunately, the security guard is extremely rude and needs more training on how to deal with customers. I shopped at DDs Discounts located in the same shopping center & I had one bag with me, along with my receipt. Upon entering Crazy Boss, the security guard (loudly) told me that I must leave my bag on the shelf near the exit. I questioned who would be responsible for my bag? He said I must leave it because it’s store policy. I had my receipt from DDs Discount store and I got dropped off at shopping center, therefore, I had no way to leave it in my car. I decided to leave and not shop at Crazy Boss because I didn’t want to risk losing my purchased items by neglecting my bag at the front of the store. This policy is somewhat understandable, but they need a better method to ensure no one will have access to the bags left on the shelf near the exit. Will the store reimburse me for my stolen or misplaced items? This is a huge concern and discourages me...
Read moreI've recently lost everything I had and I was there shopping for some clothes that I desperately need. I asked the cashier once I got up to her if they had any programs or anything for someone that's just lost everything. At first she said no then she said let me ring you up and then I'll talk to somebody. She did so without totaling my charge and she went to talk to I believe her manager. Once you came back she said that they were taking 10% off my bill. I was crying the whole time. I thanked her very much telling her every little bit will help. The prices were great I thought I was going to spend twice as much as I did even before the 10% decrease. I appreciate them a great deal...
